The picture fails to reflect the "truth" in regards to the fabric of the chairs. The fabric has a "cheap velvet" look and feel. The table is elegant but the chairs are a "sight for sore eyes." In the photo it was the chairs that captivated my attention. In realitly it is not a good fit for my home. I am very disappointed.

Great looking table. Feels solid and heavy duty. Box and package was damaged: item no well packed. Legs were in a seperate box. Some minor defects, but touched up easily. Overall a great large entertaining table and well priced
