Pretty but uncomfortable. Delivery was a challenge.
Attractive piece. Not comfy to sit in. You're gonna need some cushions to make this worth sitting in for more than 10 min.While the furniture is fine, the whole process around my order, tracking, scheduling delivery was chaotic and unprofessional. I had to reach out numerous time to try to find my tracking link-the one they sent me was invalid and each time I used chat to check, I was told someone would email me when they got an answer about expected delivery time. I did this no fewer than 4 times and never got a solid answer. When delivery time came I got a call from driver 20 min before he was to stop by. No advanced notice. Poor communication ability (did not speak English) and they literally dumped the box and left. I paid for threshold delivery but because they couldn't fit the huge box through my front porch door, they left it by steps and refused to pull items out to get them onto my porch. Less
