Wonderful but a few things to note...

Sooo lovely. I have always wanted one of these and it’s been so great for organizing. It did come with some dark sawdust or some kind of debris in most of the drawers, so I had to vacuum them out with the hose attachment because it is already fully assembled when it arrives. It does come with some kind of little hardware pouch but I forget what for. I use it for crafts, tools and miscellaneous items in my den. It is VERY heavy, however, so be prepared if you are planning on moving it around at all once you get it or if you tend not to live/stay in one place for long periods of time. And you cannot remove the drawers from the base at all, ever. Otherwise, beautiful piece and so happy I bought it! I wish it also came with little perforated label sheets or something like that for the specific sizes on the drawer pulls—the only not even downside but just the thing that’s missing IMO! Less

A drawer for everything.

We bought this a few weeks ago.Four stars because it needs to come in different colors or unpainted.It was delivered faster than listed and had no damage, which is nice. Haven't filled all the drawers yet but our island is almost clear.

I was so worried about my apothecary chest arriving damaged but there was no need! It arrived perfectly in tact and assembled which was a great factor in me buying it. I absolutely love it and I’m so glad I just went for it!

Damaged goods

The fedex driver dropped it out of the truck and the top side is busted off. They offered me a discount or to pay for return shipping. I’ve followed up but haven’t received a response and the box is still sitting there.

Arrived in horrible condition

Cabinet arrived completely damaged. Customer Service offered to provide a full refund. However, merchandise was not packed at all for shipping so it arrived unusable.

brokem

i thought that since there was so many reviews about being broken that they would have fixed the problem. I was wrong. It looked as if they had dropped it from a two store window. frame completely broken and all drawers were crooked

Garbage

Ordered twice. Both times completely broken!! Not shipping in any type of crate. Cardboard box. No support for shipping.

I ordered this beautiful cabinet twice and both times it was delivered damaged. Was not very happy!! Second time, I even paid an extra shipping charge but still was delivered damaged!

It will come damaged and your email will not state the 48 return policy and then they will make you pay $85 just to come get the giant piece of garbage. Do not buy anything furniture wise from jcp.

I love this piece of furniture. The color is perfect. I love that it has nine individual drawers. It’s a perfect size. The only complaint I would have is when the drawers are empty It is light and can pitch forward. I would recommend this to any of my friends. Great purchase!
