Walmart service/account is shady and lacking

The chairs themselves seemed fine, they were too low for my counter top. However the return process has been a nightmare and is still not resolved. 1st) I was unable to return the chairs to Walmart as the website states 2) I has to pay $23.04 to return thru fedex 3) I was issued 1/2 the amount of the full refund and Walmart and Hayneedle are blaming each other. Hay needles says they issued the full amount, however Walmart only issued 1/2. I paid $548.76 for 3 boxes ($182.92) of 2 chairs (6 chairs total). When the credit came thru is was $91.46, $83.20 %26 $91.46=266.12. That is $259.40 less than what I should have received. In addition, my online Walmart receipt has been altered, showing that the incorrect credited amount. Furthermore Walmart.com has hung up on me a total of three times after the representative says they are going to do their research. This is crazy and totally shady. Less

Most Beautiful Dining Set

This is the most beautiful table set, and the fact that it comes with little drawers to put your your table mat and sets all of the dishes with silverware. I do have to say that this is one of the most beautiful dining set I’ve ever purchased. Enjoy the pictures they don’t do justice.

Sturdy and Strong

My wife is really happy with these chairs. It is very sturdy and strong, It takes us just a 30 minutes to assemble all the chairs we bought! TFP delivered the chairs on time and their deliveryman are so careful unloading it!

Easy to Assemble

These chairs are easy to assemble and they look great with my other kitchen chairs. I tried to get something that resembled what I already had and this did the job. The cushion is comfortable and more toward the sturdy side. Love the item.

Outstanding Chair

My friend recommended TFP when i needed a dining chair for my house. So i decided than after my work i'll visit the warehouse and luckily they are still open. So i spend some time on their warehouse looking for the best chair i can get. And I saw this chair in white, the look of it is really outstanding in person. So I decided to buy it immediately and pay on the warehouse. I have my car so i just pick it up and their staffs help me to load it to my car with care!

Beautiful dining set

The table is grand and very sturdy! I love the gray table top and off white legs and trestle! The the fabric on the chairs is beautiful and versatile. It's perfect for large family gatherings! It can sit up to ten people! Our holiday dinners will be so awesome!I absolutely love it!

Love it!

I took a gamble on this. Buying it sight unseen, not surprisingly, I was worried! But honestly it's one of the best purchases I have ever made. I absolutely LOVE it and so does everyone else. The chairs are so comfortable that I could sit in them for hours (and have done). The quality is exceptional and the service is great! I highly recommend this dining suit. I want the whole Watsonia range now!

Perfect Chair

My new dining chairs by The Furniture People are perfect in every way! These chairs have a fantastic design and very sturdy cushions and frames. I spent around 3 weeks looking for chairs and where to buy it. I'm glad I chose the The Furniture People! Simply adore them!

don’t buy this chair it has no hard board blocks on the seat button. It only cover with sagging foam cushion at the seat button very uncomfortable and not a safety chair. I emailed to them for return but the seller asked me a photo but only video can , prove the cause not in the photo. After that I couldn’t able to find to contact the seller anymore.

Very nice chairs and the go well with the matching table. Only down side was the hardware that came with the chairs. The Allen keys and Allen bolts are horrible. They constantly strip when trying to put it together. Do yourself a favor and go purchase a nice set of Allen key to put these together.

Love this set!

Love this set! I was surprised at how heavy/sturdy the set it. Very good quality. I was expecting a brown top from the pics I had seen but I would call it a dark weathered grey with a little brown shade mixed in. I love the color. My whole family absolutely loves the set. I would buy again in a heartbeat.

This dining set is awesome! We love it! I really like the way it looks and how sturdy it is. There was everything you needed to assemble all the parts. It wasn't hard at all. It didn't even require my husband's help, as I am not handy. TFP employees assembled the table. Nice quality for price paid!

Great chairs at a great buy!

These chairs are really great looking and the finish is perfect too. Better than we expected. Unlike other reviewers we had no problems with wobbling on any of the 4 we bought and the finish is not rough or splintery by any means. I can see where the chair pads will sink in after awhile but a little extra fluff stuffed into the upholstered part would fix that if it ever becomes necessary. We all love them and everyone who visits comments on how great they look and how comfortable they are. Everyone is shocked that Walmart carries Ashley furniture! Pretty great deal!

Do not forget to level them!

Excellent product. Purchased 3 of these (6 chairs). Put all of them together and only 2 of them were lining up and not wobbly. Came on here to see what other people were saying. Most had the same complaint. When your assembling these, do not tighten the screws all the way!!! Once assembled stand it upright, make sure legs are in place and tighten everything. This fixed the wobbly.These are great sturdy chairs. I had an older version of these for 10 years and they were great. You will not be disappointed. . Very easy to assemble a total of 10 allen screws per chair and done.

Savings over retail store

Saw these chairs at our local Ashley store when I was shopping for side tables. They're perfect ! Color matches the side tables (in adjoining room) and the upholstery was just what I wanted. After finding the side tables at Overstock at a **% savings I checked for the chairs.Lo and behold the chairs were **% savings as well. Who doesn't love a bargain.Because of the savings I was able to purchase the chairs. I simply love the difference my purchases have made in my dining and living room. The color and quality extra good. Some assembly required ( bolting the front legs and seat on) The chairs are comfortable . Best part - Husband likes them and the new look. He did say it took a few extra minutes having to level each.

Great Price and Service on a terrific dining room set

I try to buy local, but when Coleman furniture crushed the price of the store near me I decided to give them a try, and I am glad that I did. Not only was Coleman furniture's price far better, their delivery service and protection plan were hands down much better than the curbside delivery that I was being offered locally.Now about the dining room set - I wanted a counter height set, and this set not only filled that bill, but, the color complements my newly remodeled kitchen and dining room The chairs are sturdy and comfortable, and take my 2 year old grand babies "attention" - the drawers in the table come in handy for storing the place mats and napkins that I don't use every day. Timeless Style & High Quality Product

We purchased two dressers, two nightstands and the bed - this set is GORG! I did not see this in person before buying so I was relying heavily on reviews. I'd say the images online are true to what I received. The entire set feels high quality and well built. It's not overly "rustic" looking, not like that chalk paint look you see on some pieces. The nightstands have two outlets and two USB ports for electronics, TALK ABOUT AMAZING!!! Overall, the style is beautiful and offers a timeless look. It feels like I'm a queen when I climb up in my bed now! You will not be disappointed with this set!!!

This nightstand is very sturdy and heavy. It is very well put together and looks great in our master bedroom. We saw it at a store but they wanted over $500 for ONE nightstand. We found Coleman furniture and ordered the same day. It came from the same warehouse and is the exact product for less price. Shipping took around a week which was quicker than anticipated. Only down side was I didn't know when it would be delivered and when I came home from school pick up the nightstand was sitting on my front porch in plain sight. We live in a good area but it only takes one bad apple to pick it up.
