Good Quality!

It’s a great product however I feel the price could have been a little less. Not sure it looks or feels like $400 worth. However, It was fairly easy to assemble and the car itself does look great. Our kid loves everything about it.

PERFECT FOR A SET OF TWINS

Absolutely loved the truck! Bought for 3 year-old twin girls and it was the perfect size. We were looking for something that would fit 2 comfortable. Parental remote control works GREAT. It was easy to put together (we did refer to video on youtube) - overall it was a terrific experience. Lights all work and charged great.

I purchased the police car version for my 2 year old grandson. The remote control is perfect for his parents to control and allow him to enjoy while he grows into being able to control by himself. The quality is really nice and it is truly a two seater. Many others listed as a two seater are much too small for two small kids to sit next to each other. Very impressed with quality. (UPDATE: I had an issue with the car after a few months and I contacted Aosom customer support and connected with William. He listened carefully to my issue and then went above and beyond expectation for resolution. His support and willingness to keep a customer happy, solidified a customer for life. I have 4 grandchildren, and for their second birthdays I have always bought them a nice ride on toy. I have one turning two in a few weeks and another in about a year. You can rest assured both will receive Aosom branded ride on toys. Thank you again William! )

So here’s the deal. If you look at page one on the manual you see a diagram which shows the tires labeled differently than on the instructions on page four. I tried forever to get the tires to fit on the way the instructions showed. Couldn’t make it work. I was mad because I had three toddlers crying so I called Wayfair who referred me to the manufacturer. Which seemed fine at first except I had three crying toddlers. It took them 24 hours to respond to my complaint. They so far have proven unhelpful since. So I decided to return it. I called them today to tell them I thought maybe the manual was incorrect and there was no apology or offer to discount this item, nothing. So you know what 5 stars to Wayfair for making it right and 1 star to the manufacturer. Not to mention the car was scratched up and the belt securing the battery was broken too. We were able to make the tires work, but not in accordance work their instructions which means

ORDERING - There were no problems whatsoever. In fact, I switched to Aosom when another ride on car vendor's ordering page failed to work properly.

I had a little bit of a “dad moment” and with the nice weather wanted to get a fancy toy for our 2-year old. Bugged the customer service with a couple of questions as I wanted the vehicle to have enough juice to ride on grass but safe for a 2 YO. This was the vehicle recommended and I think it was the right choice.

Not worth the money.

I ordered this for my kids as a joint Christmas gift and it has given me trouble since the day I put it together. Assembly took 2 hours. Cheaply made product for what it’s worth , paid 400 bucks for this thing I expected better. . Radio plays the same stuff over and over and to top it off it’s not even in English. Does not hold a charge. The parental remote control could be better , the car jerks and makes sharp turns. Overall a bad purchase and experience, very disappointed. Do not recommend

Great car for Driver

Shipping was quick and the car arrived in great condition. The instructions were lacking some information, but it wasn't too hard to figure out how to assemble. My daughter loves this car and it has worked great so far. I really like the three speeds and the slow acceleration. All the other kid cars that I have seen have a jolt and whiplash acceleration. This car looks like it will last many years and will be a great toy to hand down to my youngest. I also like that the charger has an indicator light that lets you know when the battery is charged.

OMG we purchased this for our granddaughter¡¯s 2nd birthday. Came so fast-her daddy had no problems assembling and it was a HUGE HIT! Best gift yet from GiGi and Papa! So much that her older brother loved it and we purchased the Black Police one for him!

Cute SUV with remote control

Ordered for my 24 month old daughter and she loves it! We wanted one with the remote control since she is too little to use this on her own. She can drive it herself one year later but not now lol. I like the doors are easy enough for her to open and close. It was challenging to put together however, and instructions were confusing. I wish there were a video to go along with it. Overall, it's a great toy, very cute and does pretty good on both pavement and grass. We have used this a few times already and like that she can grow into it.

My daughter loves this car!

This car is so much better than it's "name brand" counterparts. It has amazing battery life--even with my 3 year old rocking out to the dashboard music. It drives on gravel, down sidewalks (even the curbs), over the grass, up the hills (streets, grass, and gravel), and it travels at a good speed. The remote control is easy to use and take control of the car when your kid gets too busy looking at the scenery to steer without hitting other cars or people:) It was relatively easy to assemble. Although a little like IKEA instructions, they were easily figured out by looking at the image and using common sense. My daughter and her friends love playing police officers or moms in this car.

Good quality and value for the money!

Just gave this to my son for his 2nd Birthday and he is in heaven! He hasn't quite figured out how to to use the pedal and steering wheel together but he will eventually. What sold me on this unit was the overall look, bang for buck and the parental remote control. The LED lights give an authentic feel and he already loves the little radio with built in music and auxiliary jack. Overall very good quality! The assembly was about an hour and the instructions were very straight forward. I'm hoping that we run into no issues with this as I can see my son using this for the next few years on a regular basis.

I purchased this for my 5 year old son. It is a good size truck for a 5 year old . My 2 12 year old daughter can fit in it as well.

Kids love it! Required some troubleshooting to get it working¡

Just want to to start off by saying my two boys love this! It works great. I have a 6 and 3 year old boys and they can ride it together comfortably. Perfect size for the 6 year old, and my 3 year old will need some practice but there is plenty of room for him to grow into. The only reason it is not a 5 star is that I had to spend a good amount of time figuring out why the thing wouldn¡¯t initially turn on or charge after I put it together. Turns out I had to take the battery completely out of the car, and once out, I had to also then remove it from the plastic case to get to the battery. Not until then could you see that the one of the plugs was detached from the battery terminal. Obviously this was the issue. I plugged it in, put it back together, and worked like a charm! I thought it was pretty easy to assemble using the video. Battery life seems good so far. Kids are using it like crazy and hasn¡¯t died yet. I havent even bothered with the remote control.

This Police Truck SUCKS

I bought this for my 4 years old son and he just use it for couple of weeks and the weld of the parts breaks apart. Very very disappointed for the amount of price I payed for it I am not expecting this will ever going to break so easily. I will take a couple pictures to show my proof. I bought this December for my son Christmas present. It's snow season here in Canada so the truck stays inside the house with out testing it because there's no space. We did not bring it outside until spring time. And when problem happens the Aasom customer service refused to help because of pass 1 month but I explain my situation that car stock inside the house. So it's not a good timing to buy in December then. But then out of any thing the materials they use are very very cheap possible. I will strongly not recommend this product. At first I am in love with it until all problems keep filing up. What a waste of money. I spend more money to weld it and now there another problem. Like another after another.

Great quality, awesome toy

We bought this for our grandson¡¯s birthday and we are so glad we did. Watching the joy on both his face and that of our son was worth every penny. He¡¯s too young to drive it by himself just yet, so the remote control feature is absolutely amazing. We are looking forward to watching him (and any future grandchildren) play with this car for years to come. It was a big hit at the party and we love that it¡¯s a two seater so friends can ride along too. It looks super sharp and the lights are bright and a nice touch.

I recommend

Product was easy to assemble, and is pretty well built for a kids ride on toy. Ours came with a cracked hood, we called customer service that night and I was extremely impressed with their customer service department. The replacement part came in a week. The only negative thing I have to say is that the rear springs and shocks are too stiff to really allow any suspension travel even when adjusted to the softest setting. I have a steep driveway and the truck does bog down slightly but makes it up no problem. Traction on the grass is also pretty impressive. I recommend this product.

AWESOME PRODUCT, ANNOYING ASSEMBLY

The finished product is AWESOME! Haven't figured out the remote yet, it seems unresponsive but I only tried it once. A few pointers, most people set the stickers aside as a LAST item, but the directions were hidden BEHIND the stickers so I downloaded them online. They were somewhat vague. The concepts of assembly are simple, it's the nitty gritty specifics that can be frustrating. The front suspension came bent, still functioning but bent. It took me 4 hours to assemble with a stress break or two. I found it to be the most annoying thing I have ever assembled in my life due to deep screw sets, no visual for lineups and small spaces to put screws in. My body hurt afterwards and I was highly irritated, but finally got it done. The seat install to head off frustration, spreads and goes over the bar. All in all assembly sucked, but the finished product was well worth it! The suspension is cool, radio, lighting etc, high quality light up gauges, LED headlights & lightup bar & taillights! Everything worked on the truck. Truly, IT'S AWESOME! Probably a man will have an easier time assembling it!

I've bought my kids an Electric car for the last 3 years in a row. Out of all 3 this was the highest priced one, and the worse. The remote isn't easy to maneuver, like past ones. It's really nice looking but the parts for Assembly I feel like we're cheap. Like the pin used doesn't even have ridges and it's supposed to hold the wheels and bars together. Which is crazy for the price. I had to have the pins replaced because they feel out when my kids drove it. I did message seller they send out a replacement at a decent speed but still cheap. I would give this a 2.5 out of 5. Also the speed isn't 12v. I've charged it. Our last Jeep was 12v that drove faster than this one.

Nice vehicle, but unlikely to fit the average 7/8 year old.

Bought this for my 5 year old. It was a few weeks late on delivery. Instructions were a little vague but not difficult. Getting the remote to work took a little more time. It works well and the battery has lasted at least 1.5 hours so far. We haven't used it longer yet. The kids (5 and 6) love it but it works best with one at a time. My 5 year old is somewhat tall for his age so I'm not sure his legs will fit comfortably next year. Love the variety of songs it comes with. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the leg room issue and that it has no brake, you have to take your foot off the peddle to stop. If you are going down a rise, taking your foot off the peddle will not stop the vehicle.
