Not happy at all with this gazebo you can’t sit underneath when the sun is beating on the roof it’s why to hot

I love the gazebo itself, but unfortunately 2 of the roof tiles were damaged during shipping (you could see the holes in the box), and seller did not respond to my email about damage.

leaking, curtain defects upon open box

Initially I was very excited. I did my reviews for sometime prior to purchasing the item. First I read the digital manual prior to receiving.There are a few peaces at the top on both sides that are leaking which i found interesting. a few of the bolts were stripped so Im certain thats a barrier. The mosquito curtain was stuck on the velcro on one side. didn't however get this this item on sale but I would like to enjoy it properly. customer service is no help.

I would rate this as excellent, however there were corners to the frame that was bent and items missing from the box. The people that put it together made it

Not for the price

It’s feels cheap and looks cheap not for the price

Great size, very difficult to put together with confusing directions not all pieces fit together to be able to put the entire Gazebo together so the roof panels keep falling off. No way to contact customer support.

Delivered quick. Came in 2 boxes. The written directions were a bit different from the video directions. Suggest you watch the video as well. Wasn’t terribly hard to put together just tedious. Took 2 people and about 7 hours and that was over 2 days. It was very hot out to finish in 1 day. Overall it looks really nice. I mounted it on my deck. Very sturdy. The real test will be if we get extreme wind. It’s a great backyard piece for the money.

Didn’t Get What I Paid For

I was not able to finish putting together the gazebo I purchased due to all the missing parts. I tried to call the seller and it went to voicemail which is full and not taking new messages. I then tried the manufacturer’s email multiple times without a response. I paid hundreds of dollars for an item I am not able to put together. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Buyer Be Warned!

It has A LOT of parts to assemble it, 2 boxes full, but instructions were pretty clear. Roof was a bit confusing. Thankfully, all parts were there. Metal is aluminum.

This is a nice gazebo. It was easy to assemble, directions were not hard to follow. The roof needs to be of a better-quality polycarbonate. Overall it's beautiful once set up and decorated.

we had to build it ourselves

We love the gazebo but the assemble company that we paid for no, no call no show there always a they didn't know where there technicians were and there was always an issue, we paid a lot for the assemble that never came still waiting for the refund. Walmart as always made their deliver quick and great. Love walmart for that.

When I ordered 10 x 10 gazebo, I thought it would be 10‘ x 10‘ on the ground that is not the case it’s 10‘ x 10‘ if you measure the top eaves
