Decent bench for the cost

First shipment was damaged, but overstock replaced it. Love the bench. My son scuffed the edge while assembling it, but it works great for the purpose.

Great bench but came with assembly challenges

I really like this bench after it was assembled. The length was great and it is sturdy. 3 kids fit on the bench!! The assembly was not difficult but the screws were too short. I don't know why the manufacturer provided such short screws. Thankfully, we had longer screws and was able to complete the assembly. Also, the instructions were not super clear. Pay attention to the left and right labels. They are referring to the longer side of the bench being on the same sides.

4 Stars

Very sturdy bench, firm cushion, nice medium brown stain would fit with most woods within it's color range, fairly easy to assemble but the stretchers across the bottom of the legs were hard to hold into position while trying to put the wood screws in (which were not included, left out of the package of screws), so I resorted to using two bar clamps to securely and tightly hold the legs with the stretcher in the middle while I then secured the wood screws. I went so far as to use wood glue in the joints given I anticipated the stretchers may not be super tight due to the difficulty with the screws. After it was all together and the glue was dry it did not wiggle or feel loose at all. I would recommend the same technique or having a way you can really pressure fit the stretcher between the legs so the bench won't have any wiggle to it if you don't get it all tightened up with just hand pressure.

Nice bench

We bought this bench as additional seating in our dining room. A piece of the wood was chipped under the bench, so I sanded down the edges to avoid splinters. The wood is nice looking but the less treated wood seems soft.

This was listed wrong

I ordered this table at what I thought was a great deal for $134. When the package arrived it was just the bench. I contacted the seller and it was listed on here wrong and it was only the bench. I was given two options keep the bench for 25% off or refund. I chose refund and now instead of sending it back to the seller I have to arrange for it to be donated. This was not my error and I have to do all the work to donate it? Doesn't make sense to me.
