Will work great with a 1-18 K condenser, I was little worried when I decided to use with 24000 btu condenser? So to be safe. I pored a concrete pad instead. But I will use it on another job

Folding arms too short!

The product is great except for the fact tgat the unit needs to be a foot from the wall. The folding arms are too short to make that happen. Will have to modify to make it work. Overall it seems to be a good product!

Good quality but instructions would be nice.

If they included a simple sheet explaining where everything has to fit it would have 5 stars. I have it installed and it's sturdy and level plumb but I was left with several parts that I have no idea what they are for.
