They work great

Air quality has improved in thr whole house. Areas that previously accumulated dust quickly no longer do so. MERV 13 makes a difference. So at minimal cost we got a maximum benefit.

The technician didn't use all the parts. I can't say much about it because I wasn't there when she was doing it. I saw the parts when she was finished.

Thesr are the best filters ever. Not any dusting needed yet and the air is oderless from the smell of the vents I will have to get these all of the time I have already purchased for the next time I have to change them out.

Retro fit kit for general filter

This item has always been the best thing for the home owner. To get rid of the old style filter with all the plastic dividers and break. Easy to install and a better filter than what they had.

Aprilaire 1413 kit was a good idea

Quick & easy install w/no tools needed. Allows upgrade to Merv13 filter media (Aprilaire 413), which slides in and out easily vs. the old frame with spacers.

My old Aprilaire 2400 air cleaner required more work and time to change the filter. With the upgrade, the new filter just slides in and it’s done in a couple of minutes.

Fits great

Get rid of your old suitcase filter and messy combs and buy one if these. It fits perfectly. I had a little difficulty inserting the actual filter mesh as it has to be perfectly level, but once it goes in it's good for a year.

Fit into my filter frame perfectly. I should have purchased this to upgrade my MERV ratings on my filters long ago. Feels great to have clean air. Easy to install. Highly recommend.

I wasn't aware of this upgrade, but once it came up in a search, I could not be happier finding it at Supply House. Delivered next day and at a better price than others.

Replace your 501 style filter

Used this conversion kit and it was easy to install in a 2400 frame. Used it to replace the model 5000 unit that was there previously. Used the old door on the 5000 after cutting off the cord so it couldn't be accidentally plugged in. So much easier to replace filter than the 501 type.

Great Upgrade, would do it again.

We replaced out Aprilaire filter each year and a few years back starting using Honeywell replacement filters. When we saw this improvement that Aprilaire had out we jumped at the chance to switch to it.

Aprilaire 1413 upgrade kit

This was a fast and easy upgrade. The 'kit' consists of two rails, four uprights, a filter, and a door seal It takes about a minute, possibly less to snap together the rails and the four vertical uprights. You then remove that clunky old filter from your furnace, slide in the new rails and bend down a lockdown tab. Next take out the new filter media and slide it easily onto the rails. No more taking apart that giant filter comb and assembling the media. In addition you get a much better filter element in the deal. I'm very, very satisfied and glad I did the upgrade.
