Bait and Switch

With all that is happening in the world today this hardly rises to any level of concern. Buyer beware, this site is not everything it promises to be. After receiving a rug with a manufacturing date stamp of 2015 (it is 2022) repeated attempts at requesting a newer version went unfulfilled. Further, the rug received does not closely resemble what we got. While we did not dislike it any attempt at understanding the product that was displayed on line and getting that one were equally as futile. Rather than go through the return process - which is not free to the consume - we opted to keep it. We'll enjoy it well enough and when it comes time to repurpose - it will be a guilt free moment. Set your expectations super low and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Have any expectation at all and you will be disappointed. 'nuf said.

I love this rug so much. It's durable and soft. It has held up to pets, kids, and dirty feet! Super easy to vacuum and clean. I would definitely purchase again.

Great rug!

This rug is exactly as it appears on line. I ordered it, it came in a timely fashion, it stretched out and did not roll, and it matches anything and everything.

Nice quality rug

I love Safavieh rugs and have used many of them when decorating my staged and model homes. This one added a great coastal cottage vibe to my beautiful living room.

The quality of this rug was awesome but the colors woven through it were too pale for our pool house.

This rig was a little scratchy but looks good. It held up very average over the use time. It didn't smell or unravel. I would consider purchasing it again.

I love this rug! I found - it is durable and looks great in my house. I highly recommend the rug for almost any room such as a bedroom or living room or sun porch.

Nice rug

I love this rug. It maybe not so easy to vacuum but looks very pretty in my living room. We enjoy the texture and the warmth it brings to the room

Perfect to fill the space

I've had this rug for almost three years and it has held up so well. I have it in Amy main living room. It is a natural fiber rug so it does shed underneath- I just use my little shark vacuum over it and occasionally lift to vacuum under. The color is a lovely neutral tan. I love to layer rugs so there is usually a smaller rug on top of it.

Good looking rug and good size, Soft material up to natural better underfoot. However, depth of jute thicker than other material so feels better over carpet than hard surfaces to compensate for uneven lay.

I love the color of the runner. The aqua blue is not too bright. The rug has texture but is soft and cushiony to my feet. It is just what I wanted in our guest bathroom. It even fit's under the door without getting stuck! I highly recommend this rug.

Nice rug. It has a rough texture to it but it is what you expect when buying a basket weave rug. I tend to use in an out door or sunroom space. Would buy again

Bought for kitchen. Like so much am buying another one. Love the subtle blend of colors which meld with ones in kitchen. Need I say more --- love!

Great rug!! I put it in the foyer in a high traffic area and it stood up to all the wear and tear. When it started to smell (we have dogs). I put it outside as front door matt and it is still there! I he gotten lots of compliments.

I was so excited this rug was better then I imagined. The color was just like it showed. But I was very surprised how soft it is and it lays very flat it doesn't curl up at all. I'm definitely ordering more!!

This rug is much softer than I thought it would be and the colors are soft and appealing. Overstock shipped the rug promptly and it arrived ahead of the scheduled date (yay!). The only reason I did not give it five stars is because there is a minor manufacturing defect in the center of the rug. Most of it is covered by the coffee table, however given its size (9x12) and I live alone, repackaging it and hauling back downstairs to be returned was out of the question. Assuming the manufacturing defect is atypical, I absolutely recommend it.

Nice thin rug (doors will go over the top). The colored ribbons are much brighter in person.
