Our dart board arrived with holes cut in the package and severe damage. Upon opening the package we realized it was incomplete and missing the power adapter, all the dart pieces and the mounting hardware. Bummer. Such a pain. Hopefully we can return and get a full refund or replacement.

This is the second dart board and it’s still not working properly. After about 3-4 throws the board continues to restart.

This was a replacement unit, slightly redesigned, for a unit we've had and enjoyed for years.

The box came all tore up!

Disappointing

Very disappointing. The box arrived tattered and it looked like the dartboard I received was a return item by its appearance. No darts were in the box and not all the packaging was there. Now I have to go through the hassle of going to the store and returning it. Not too happy.

Board wouldn't set up for 301 game. Called number in Directions and woman said she couldn't help... I must have a bad dart board. Send it back at my expense. Board came with batteries included. Put in new batteries and Board worked perfect. Do NOT expect any Customer Support from the Manufacturer Service Department.

Quality electronic dartboard!!!

I have always had a traditional dartboard in the past. We went with the soft tips because we're trying to make a game room for our daughter and her friends (and for my wife and I). We played a game of cricket recently and had a lot of fun. Maybe 2 darts out of 10 bounced out, but not a lot. The darts really stick in the board nicely.

Nice Board

I had a 2 week debate with myself to purchase this board or the Cricket Pro 750. I decided to save a little money and chose this board. So far it's been a great decision. Pros are: Very well built, numerous games, selectable bullseye, darts stick very well, regulation size, and it has a battery option as well. The only negative I have for this board is that the volume is very loud, even on the lowest setting, but you can turn it off. Numerous reviews complain about the darts that come with the board...they are the nicest darts I've ever received with a soft tip board. Brass barrels, aluminum shafts (which greatly suprised me), decent flights, and plenty of tips to get you started. It was also my first purchase from Hayneedle, expected the worst, but the package was delivered when stated, cheaper price than all the competitors. Overall great experience with them!

Love my new dartboard...had my last one thru 4 homes over 20 yrs...hope this one lasts as long...so far like this one better...darts seem to pull out easier...install is ez as well...

With so many types and styles of electronic dartboards to choose from, I finally decided on the Arachnid Inter-Active 6000 as a replacement. I've had the board for about a month and in that time must have played nearly 400 games. My girlfriend and I play about 6 games a piece each day and with friends over the weekend. The following is what I've concluded about the Arachnid 6000 dartboard:

After 2 different dart boards same problems

I should have paid attention to bad reviews they were spot on. The dart board had problems from first game . 20 and double 20 wouldn't register half the time. It would also reset in middle of games. So returned board and purchased another one model 300. Same problems and if you read reviews other people had similar problems. After 2 months of wasted time I have no dart board and spent 125.00 both times. For me $125 dollar dart board should be top quality that's too much to spend on dart board anyways, but then for it not to work total disappointment. DEFECTIVE DART BOARDS

Best dart board

Researched a lot of dart boards and this is the best for the money. We have had our for a year and play it all the time. Our friends love to come over for drinks and a game of darts. My son and daughter in law enjoyed it so much I bought another one for them.
