Very nicely packaged. I appreciate the firm packaging material that secured the plant. Instructions not followed by FedEx to sit the package upright and the driver left this plant and another I ordered on the very edge of my porch where the boxes were rained on.

The bamboo turned yellow on day 2. I removed it from its original vase and it smelled like ammonia. This was truly a waste.
