Quality is disappointing

We purchased two of these lamps to go on either side of our sofa. They are the right style, but the curve on the top of the lamps are not the same! One has a tight curve and the other is more of a relaxed curve. They look odd and shine their light in two completely different directions. I wish they were adjustable. Also, one arrived with a dented base. The packing box had no dents, so I am not sure when the damage occurred. Although all this is disappointing it is not worth it to return the lamps.

I would never order this again especially online - the lampshades were both damaged (I ordered two) and kept the better of the two, one of the stands had rust on it, the chord is too short, you need to be able to access it in order to turn the lamp off and on, as it has a foot switch (which I thought I'd love AND I would if the chord wasn't so short). Now there was no problem returning it, to be clear I had it delivered for a reason, I could not carry the box (just had double knee replacement) so I had to have someone come with me to return it to the store. Two words NE VER

This lamp is not what expected. It is very cheap looking.

Perfect lamp for a cozy reading corner

The slim lines and modest arc of this terrific standing lamp makes it ideal for a smaller spaces with minimalist furniture. The lamp is surprisingly sturdy for its overall delicate appearance. It came well packed and was relatively easy to put together. Love it in my new library!

Amazingly Poor Quality

This lamp is amazingly poor quality. For the price I expected a high-end, well constructed piece. The lamp would not stand straight. The lamp came mostly assembled; however it was impossible to line up the holes on the rod so that the screws that came with could be attached. So the joints on the long rod sagged. It was so ugly, sent it right back for a refund. Really disappointing.

Love this lamp! Bought it for a dark reading corner in my family room. Perfect for reading and provides additional light to the room if needed.

Would have rated it higher but it is CHROME NOT brushed aluminum they advertise it as. I had to spray paint it to make it the brushed aluminum they claim
