Great mailbox but the screws were missing to attach to the pole.

I build custom mail boxes for luxury homes and these mailboxes work out the best I couldn’t find them anywhere else only at the Home Depot

Mail box is solid and has lasted a long time already. I lost one of the two keys that came with it and after looking into the whole thing discovered that the outside of the lock tells you which key to lose. so whether you've lost a key or just trying to buy a key to rob someone else's mailbox, just check the outside of the lock on this bad boy and you're good to go!

Package was delivered as scheduled an in excellent condition even with evidence of being handled roughly and dropped. Mailbox is very sturdy and well built, lock mechanism appears sturdy and a hopeful deterrent to opportunistic package thieves. No hardware (for bolting to ground post(s).

When you order this and the color shows a green be prepared for a grey mailbox. It is not green at all! Not what I wanted when I ordered it

Turns out mail thieves have a very easy time breaking into this box. Just takes a flat bar to pop the door open in a second or two because the door design.

We installed this mailbox at a commercial building we bought after a neighbor told us they get occasional mailbox thieves that try to steal checks. Within days of installing it a car pulled up to the mailbox in the middle of the night and pried the locked recepticle open with a pry bar in seconds and were off with our mail, leaving a mangled bent up mess of thin sheet metal that we had to bend back into some kind of a flat shape to get to even close.

Used this on my new brick mailbox. It built pretty good, we shall see when the thieves try and pry it open how strong it really is.

It was damaged on upper / right corner so I returned it. I ended up buying a mailbox from another company.

We recently had new sidewalks installed and had to upgrade our mailbox to fit the new tubular type mount post. I had to drill 4 holes in the bottom of this box to mount to the postal service tubular mount. I understand there is a “adapter” available so no drilling is needed but I didn’t know this and didn’t have one. It worked out fine ,I used 1/4” bolts and nuts. It’s a quality box and looks to be large enough for most parcels . J

Upgrade over the basis mailbox, but

Not a high security mailbox. The intent is good and it does stop looking loos, but we are having mailboxes broken into weekly and these only slow them down. They slip a bar in between the door and the box and bend the latch to easily open and steal contents.

Very secure mailbox. Large enough for packages to still be put in mailbox . Easy to set up
