Worthless piece of junk

Stopped working after 2 months. Engine gave out. Not worth the hassle of trying to get it repaired by the manufacturer and the extra $17 I spent on Allstste insurance was useless as they won't do anything before the manufacturers warranty runs out.

Definatly buying this again

I bought the smaller table top and it's wonderful I just wish the tank was bigger . But I'm absolutely buying only the next size up it work wonderful . We had a lot of humidity I couldn't breath I bought this and omg what a difference

It leaked and didn’t do the job

Simply Awful

This fan is terrible! First of all, there is absolutely nothing quiet about it! Even in the lowest setting, I have to turn my TV up just to hear something other than the fan and the hissing sound of the water. The task takes about a 1/2 gallon of water, and even on the lowest setting, it is out of water by morning 11p-6am (approx). The water coming out of it sounds like a possum or snake hiss... not soothing at all!!! The engineering is terrible, and there isn't a way to actually clean the tank, so in time, there will be mold. Oh, and there isn't a remote. There are just so many issues with this thing. I can't wait to take it back. But, I will say this... if you fill the tank and add ice, the air coming out of it is chilly, but not for long. My bedroom cooled down 2 degrees.

The product was noisy and sounded like pieces inside were loose. It was returned for poor quality.

Hunk of junk

Waste of time money and effort! Do not buy! You have to wait for the tiny ice pack to freeze, you only get one, and the air is only half as cold as the water you put into it! Our ac went out and thought this would save the day. It made our day infinitely worse!

Very expensive fan.

Definitely not worth the price. Not an air conditioner at all just a fan and you have to fill it with ice water. Doesn’t cool a room, have to sit right in front of it to feel anything.

It's just a Fan!

This is just a glorified fan. It is not a portable air conditioner. The air that comes out is colder than a fan but it sprays a mist that makes you and everything it hits to be damp and uncomfortable. The air is only cold if you add the water and use the mist so prepare to get wet if you use it. Also, it doesn't cool a room like it says it will, it only cools you if you sit near it. I won't be keeping this item.

Worked somewhat With ice water

Worked somewhat. I filled with Ice water with the included ice pack and it blows reasonably cool; however in my sun-room too many windows too cool effectively did make the room more humid after ice melted. However for the first 30-45 mins worked well. The water bucket is not removable so unplug go outside and turn unit upside down? Tried it for 25 days, before returning. It's not a "in-room" AC unit.

Great product

This cooling tower is amazing. It cooks my bedroom done in a short period of time and keeps me cool all night.

I would recommend for small spaces.

Works beautifully! 3 years and counting

This air cooler was the best gift I was given 3 years ago. It's kept a hot 15x25 room comfortable, even cool, during the heatwaves we've had. The closer you sit, the better, of course. I don't understand all the negative reviews because my experience has been excellent.
