Stopped working after 2 years
Bought this product 7/2021 and it stopped providing cool air this month when I placed it back in my window. Warranty was only good for one year. I have never had an air condition die after 2 years. I don’t have central air in my home so for 40 years I have used window air conditioners. I had not heard of Arctic before but the price was reasonable. Today I had to purchase another air conditioner, LG, because I have one that has lasted over 6 years and it still works.
