Very sleek and modern

Love the sleek and modern look of the unit. I'm glad I chose this flush mount style of range hood to keep the cooktop area in my island looking clean. The remote control is a little glitchy though.

Can’t say enough. Spent a long time looking for a good vent. And I’m glad I found this. It looks great , and works well and doesn’t block my view !

Very nice looking / functional recessed hood.

Only issue was the box was missing one of the grease traps.

We were so excited…

Then we found out that it would cost at least $4000.00 to get this fine vent installed!!! Because it is so strong, 900-1200 cfms, it would cause a balloon like effect in the house, without something installed that would bring air back in the house. Our contractor said the window seals could break, among other problems. For some reason, this is a non-returnable item. We are hoping to sell it, and will purchase a regular hood vent.

Beautifully manufactured. Just recently received and installed. So far we are very pleased and excited with the new addition to our kitchen.

New Install

We have only owned it for a couple of months, but it is working great so far. I'm trying to get an extended warranty and find out where I can get service for this in the Rhode Island area.

Looks great main board has issue

Fan stuck on main board not working remote also does nothing

At this point I do not have an opinion on the product as it just arrived and has not been installed yet. Unfortunately the product has some flaws right out of the box that I need to address with support.

Looks nice- but unfamiliar with Forno

Works as intended and looks very sleek. However, it was just installed so only time will tell. I am unfamiliar with Forno products but was looking for a hood that didn’t hang or had to be installed into cabinetry.

Missing parts

Missing parts in box, slow response time to get resolution.

Efficient

So far no complaints and the product is relatively quiet considering other products.

Low profile, no big hood to look at.
