This item arrived with a green ink stain on it. I contacted the seller and sent pictures. She stated I could return it and she would send me a new one. I asked if she could just send the new one since it was damaged and unusable, and sending it back would cost me additional money. I also explained that it was a gift for my child’s teacher and I was concerned I wouldn’t receive the replacement in time if they had to first receive the return. \n\nIn response, she stated that she doesn’t give away free products. I found this insulting since I was only asking for the item I purchased. She offered to pay for shipping but ultimately instructed me to open a case against her. Etsy ended up refunding my money and I ordered the flag from a different site. \n\nIf she had handled this fairly and properly, this would have been a glowing review.
