I bought four and then three more. This is a handsome pot, I love the muted terra cotta color and the sturdiness but lightness. I potted some shishito peppers in four of them and have them out on our brick patio. The plants are growing well, and I bring them in on some chilly nights thanks to their light weight. I’m not one to rave about pots, but I am :-)

Good size and color

These plant pots are a great design, nice color and a practical size. The design works well to keep the plants from drowning in overly most soil because they have an elevated drainage system at the bottom of the pot. This insert features multiple nickel and dime sized holes that allow the bottom of pot to drain excess water. These pots also look nice. They taper nicely from top to bottom and are a nice, deep terracotta color. They also are a nice size for the majority of our plants and are not too heavy when filled with planting material and plants

Convenient, ready too use lightweight pots for starting herbs and other seedlings or hosting small plants.

These are stiff plastic containers, ideal for starting seedlings or repotting. These fit onto a five to six-inch tray to catch water. There is a second ring inside to fill the dirt up line up to; you can add more dirt to the top of the pot if you want. These are neutral so while they do not stand out, they will not detract from any plant in it. There is a small false bottom with two weep holes. This keeps the plant up off of any water at the bottom. For my holiday cactus, I have small stones on the bottom to let the water drain down into the bottom and from the bottom holes into the seep tray or any dish you want to use. These are particularly nice for cacti, African violets, and smaller plants or seedlings or propogation by transplanting. If you drop them, they are robust enough to handle a spill or a small drop. I am starting herbs under my grow lights. These are lighter than terracotta, and not not wick water through the sides. Because these weigh less than terracotta pots, even a frail person can pick these up and move them around. I like them. These are convenient and ready to use.

The Bloem Ariana 2pc planter bundle in a burnt Red color is very eye catching and has a reservoir built in the bottom of the pots that allows water to be in reserve for the plants,without touching the roots. Which allows the plants to stay hydrated without killing the roots of the plants. I would recommend these planters for any kind of plants you would want to put in them.

Good pots for small plants

Great for small flowers and plants. These pots are just the right size for my habanero pepper plants. They hold a good amount of soil and only have small weep holes at the bottom for excess water to drain out. The plastic pots are constructed rather well and hold up in the elements. I wish they came with drip pans, but are otherwise a great addition to my pepper garden.

Quality pot

I picked up these Ariana Resin Decorative Pot Planters Set Charcoal (3-Pack) to use around my property to add some plants and color to my yard. They are light weight, but sturdy and seem strong. Since I plan to use outdoors I’m going to drill some small holes for drainage as the manufacturer recommended. We are happy with these units and definitely recommend them highly.

Nice lightweight pots

These are nice lightweight planters. They are stackable and come with a removeable drain in the bottom of the pot. However, there are not any holes in the bottom of the pot. Even with the drain, you will need to be careful not to overwater your plants. The bottom of the pots has areas where the plastic seems to be a little thinner - so punching some holes to let water drain should not be a problem. Just remember to have a pan under your plants if the pots are in the house!

3 Pc 6" Ariana Planter Bundle Charcoal Color

These 3 Pc 6" Ariana Planter Bundle Charcoal Color little pots are great quality! And they all match and are just perfect for the average plant person like me! They fit my small house plants perfectly. They have adequate drainage at the bottoms to avoid over watering! I can’t wait to get more to finish off the collection of Hoyas I have started.. these are nice and sturdy little pots.

Great basic pot

It's exactly what you would expect from a basic pot and that's mostly all. That said it has the key features you need for a pot including knock out drain holes, reinforcing ridges inside and bottom of plastic and a drain plate inside the bottom of the pot to help prevent over watering. The red color is a nice shade and uniform. Not sure yet how fade resistant the color is.

Small planters that look nice.

These little pot planters are made from heavy duty plastic and are nice looking in the garden or patio area. They hold up well in a coastal environment since they wont rust or rot out like wood planters. There are areas in the bottom that allow you to punch holes for draining . They come in a bundle of three pots. They are great for growing herbs and small plants,

Nice size planter

These are light-weight, but sturdy, planters. They blend well with colors. The planters have offset bottoms to drip down so that water does not accumulate in the soil and rot the roots. They would look great indoors or outside on the deck or even in the garden area. My wife loves the size as well because they would accommodate any variety of plants with room to grow.

Nice Style

These pots are so cute!! I've been looking for a couple smaller pots for my deck hangers and these Bloem Ariana 7 in. high,8.75 in. wide plastic pots are a perfect fit!! I love the burnt orange color with these pots, it adds to the color of any plant in the pot and the style with the rounded lip makes this well-made pot very nice to look at, in the hanger or on a shelf or table and they are self-contained, so no leaking all over!! These pretty pots make my deck look Great!!

Beautiful Ariana planters!

The Bloem Ariana 8 inch planters are excellent quality. They are made from durable resin that will last for years. Amazingly lightweight weight making them easy to move around my yard. The internal self watering disc will reduce plant loss from over or under watering. The gray color blends perfectly with my yard decor. No more heavy, breakable clay pots for me. I’m putting all of my plants in Ariana planters!

They’re inexpensive, well made, practical and nice looking.

These are nice planters for the cost. I love the burnt red coloring. I intend to use these indoors, although they can be used outside. I’m a little concerned about them fading if I leave them outside. They are very lightweight but solid. The raised bottom allows for self watering without leaving your roots in the water at the bottom of the pot. They put indents on the bottom that you can use as guides to drill holes in the event you use them outside. This would allow excess water from rain to drain out. We’re happy!

Pros - attractive, sturdy without being too heavy. Cons - did not work well as a self-waterer when we had a period of rain. Since "self-watering" appears to mean no drainage holes in the inner pot, after normal but heavy summer rain, my plants were swimming. Other than poking holes in the outer planter, the only way to remedy this would be to lift out the inner pot to let it drain. this is challenging when pot is heavy with dirt, water and the plant. I will use again this growing season, but not as a self-waterer. I will drill holes in the outer pot.

The first one arrived with the insert bent, so they sent me an entire second planter. Typical Wayfair customer service. The pot is huge, but it was what I needed to plant my large perennial bulbs in. The price was good; similar planters cost 1/3 more. At first glance I thought the finish was more matte than I preferred, but it grew on me eventually and now I like it. Perfect match to my front porch decor. The jury is out on the self watering feature because I didn’t punch out a drain hole slightly below the level of the insert as the people from Bloem said I should do for best results (I had already planted it before calling them-it will be an easy fix when my hubby drills a hole in the spot I need). All in all, I am satisfied with the planter. The pics show the size, since my bulbs arrived late from the company I ordered them from, there’s no foliage yet but you can see their size in relation to my porch furniture.
