Filthy and stained/bad customer service!
The product was boxed when we received it. While unboxing it, it is stained and filthy with black grease looking stuff all over it. Had horrible customer service experience and would not price match after I called before ordering to verify the price match guaranteed. Waited 55 minutes to get this unloaded from the back. The entire experience and filthy product is heartbreaking after spending $2000 on a product. Also, could have saved $550 ordering from the company I was price matching with. Lesson learned. Will not use Lowe’s ever again! I’m saving time and not uploading all the areas that have grease on them, here are a few attached!
