Beautiful Shade

Exactly what was depicted in photos and description. Nicely made and easy to put together. My only complaint and reason for just four stars is some of the mounting hard wear screws and such had sings of moisture and were slightly rusty and tarnished. Lamp is beautiful, provides nice cool light and is of quality construction.

Looks very nice and extends out plenty. It is very sturdy and substantial. It was packed very well. The only issue is the wood stain is very thin and it easily scratched taking it out of the packaging. It has a diffuser which takes away from the brightness using the light bulb that comes with it so you have to use a stronger bulb.

My favorite lamp I have ever bought. It's chic, classy and goes with everything no matter what my decor is in my living room. The shape and sleekness of it truly makes it look like I know how to decorate. Would definitely buy again!

So excited to receive this arc lamp after spending several weeks reviewing products online and in stores. The light is very modern, sleek design with a solid, heavy base which is great for keeping the arc stable. I love that the shade comes with the diffuser which gives a soft glow when sitting at the table. Although I gave it 5 stars, I am dissappointed that the height does not extend to 86.5 inch but actually the highest point is 81 inch. I wanted the higher arc so that the shade would not block my art but it is still a great lamp!

I love this piece! Makes a very bold Modern statement in my family room. LOVE the huge ark, that's why I chose this lamp. The base gives it a very substantial look and makes it look like a very expensive piece. I would definitely tell anyone to buy this lamp. I really do love it. (the floor switch is just a wonderful easy feature.)

True to picture

This lamp is exactly as pictured! It's sturdy. Very large! We have 10' ceilings and it definitely takes up the space in the room. Very heavy, solid base. It's a sharp looking piece - very sculptural. I love it.

This light fixture arrived just as promised! The outside of the box looked a bit battered, however this lamp was well insulated in styrofoam! The lamp was easy to put together and did not require anyone else to help either. The shade was contained inside a separate box within the package so there were no dings on the shade nor was the diffuser damaged. Just beautiful and looks just like my monitor showed me so no need for me to upload my own photo. Wood, chrome and a beautiful white cloth shade with diffuser. on/off switch is a step on switch. This lamp comes without dimmer. It is worth at least 3 times what I paid. Thank you Overstock.com!

The lamp was easy to assemble. It gave of a nice brightness, and it looks great in my living room. Its a bit tall, but if you have higher ceilings I think its a great purchase.
