Beautiful stools and great customer service
Beautiful chairs but the legs are not white like the description. They are more like a cream. 2 of the 3 chairs we got were easy to put together. The one was defective and the company shipped another chair the next day! Great customer service. Would definitely order from here again. Oh and the chairs were $100 less than Wayfair. Took off 1 star because of the color of the legs

Chairs are very nice, BUT not as described, the chairs are described as being gray and white, the wood finish is not white, it's off white and did not match my white table, description should be revised!
Looks great in my kitchen ..the stools are well constructed and the fabric seems durable .. I wanted stools to match my grey kitchen and these were perfect ..the delivery was fast and they were not difficult to assemble ..I would definitely recommend this product

Praro Light Gray Counter Stool was Disappointing
We requested a refund as the pieces did not fit together as they should from one box and was broken in the second box. Very disappointed. That said, customer service was excellent and the refund happened very quickly after sending pictures of the pieces.

Looks Great!
The stools look great in my kitchen. I wish they were better quality... they are a bit wonky to put together. I’ve had them for about a year and they are still standing and looking like new.
Manufacturter defect
I bought two of these stools. After trying for days to assemble, I finally returned to store. They would look nice if you could actually put them together. The holes did not line up and cushioning made it impossible to put seat back and seat together. Very upset that Home Depot would not stand by something they sell.
can beat the price
Great counter stool for the money. They look perfect in our white kitchen and really pull out the grey in our counters.
Poor Fitting parts
The legs don't sit even on the floor and the side rails don't fit together very well leaving gaps between the chair leg and the side support rail. They do appear strong but I would not recommend this chair as fit quality is very poor.
