Ive had better shower rods. Dont care for the loose way the spindles sit on the ends. Probably wouldnt purchase again.

Previous rod kept falling down the slippery tile. This one has stayed up perfectly for a month, looking good. Good to follow the easy installation directions closely.

Will not stay in place under tension!

I installed this as the directions said and once it is in place it may sit there for a few seconds, but if you bump it in the slightest bit the mechanism inside quickly unwinds and it falls down. There simply isn't enough friction to keep it under tension. I suppose if the surface on the wall were fairly rough, then the friction between the end pads and the walls would prevent it from spinning, but I have tiles and it's not even close. I think it's just a poorly made product. I'm returning it today and will pay for a more expensive one that I hope won't have this problem.

So sturdy, not flimsy like some.

The ends are plastic and not rubber. The rod continues to slide down the granite regardless of tightening. Very disappointed.

The curtain rod arrived late. The box was fine but when I opened the rod packaging littlepieces of plastic fell out. The rod would not stay opened. Requested a replacement. New one on its way.

Design was ok but the end of one unscrewed while installing and won’t screw back on. Wouldn’t recommend.
