I tried these for those for the folirst time. Because I love the scent!

Strong smell...3.5 overall

I've only use these once, but I would probably give them a rating between three and four. The smell is a little bit strong as others have mentioned. My washer only puts out cooler water so I went ahead and dissolved it in a bucket of hot water first to see how it foamed up and to melt it in the hot water. It did okay. I'll have to use it more to decide if I will purchase them or something similar again. The price wasn't awful compared to some other the other sheets available.

I bought this for my son who is in his first year of College. I read all about the benefits of using sheets. Good for environment and easy detergent to use in a college dorm. They don't need to lug around a large detergent bottle. I was excited about this product. Plus I like the Arm & Hammer liquid detergent. Good scent and cleans work. Unfortunately, the sheet did not dissolve in the first load he used it. UGH! Not sure we will buy these again...

Top load

I really love this. We were using arm and hammer liquid, but it’s better for the environment to not have a giant plastic jug. I’m sure they aren’t perfectly environmentally friendly but they’re cheaper than other sheets and I trust the brand. I enjoy the smell, it’s really not overpowering but it’s not too subtle. I do have a top load washer and I always let my clothes soak because, kids. I don’t know how this will work on a front load. I probably use more sheets than others because I have a large capacity washer. I think laundry load size is relative so it’s hard to judge. I will see how they dissolve on they’re own though. I stopped using dishwasher gel packs because it’s been shown the coating doesn’t dissolve as well as they would have you believe.

Most over powering smell ever.

I'm not someone who is sensitive to smells. Yet, when I opened this box it was so over whelming I became nauseous. I put it in my laundry room and the whole area - hallway, garage, laundry - all just reeked of it. Even a bath of folder laundry that the box sat next to, now reeks and the smell is not washing out. From just sitting next to the box! I never even used this yet. I had to return it. I just wanted it out of my house. It smells very powdery and baby smell like... times 1000X.

[Rewarded Review] Expensive

I have mixed feelings about the Arm & Hammer Power Sheets Laundry Detergent Fresh Linen 50ct. It is a great innovation compared to the big bulky liquid Arm & Hammer Laundry Detergent. It does save a lot of space. I followed the instructions, but I did have residue on my clothes and they needed rinsing again. My main issue is the cost. They are very expensive, perhaps because they are new and just came out, but they are too costly for my budget. I cannot say I would recommend them because they are a bit too pricey.
