Chairs are perfect! BUT I ordered 2 sets (4 chairs total) both were shipped out at the same time and I have only received one set. I received the first set exactly one week ago on Friday, August 2nd and now it's Friday again August the 9th. I've called customer service multiple times and seems like they can't do anything. It was reschedule for Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday. Ive spoken to many customer service agents and I've gotten many excuses like the box is too heavy and requires two people to deliver when the first box was delivered by one person, there was a fire which caused delays, it was forgotten at the shipping facility. I also made an an additional payment on Tuesday to have it delivered in the late evening because I took Friday and Monday off just to be home when it arrived. I am wasting my money and time. I understand these things happen but everything I was told by customer service did not happen every single time. I have no faith it's coming today! ................Update: spoke to a manager and he guaranteed me I would receive my delivery today (Friday, 1 full week later)...guess what, I did not! I have wasted 6 evenings waiting for a package that has not been delivered.
