I have owned several PURE products over the years. Most recently, I had an oil diffuser that stopped working properly (though when it was working, it was a great product). I emailed PURE customer service, who promptly replied and offered to send me a replacement, although I no longer had my proof of purchase. No questions asked. With great products and great customer service, PURE is a company I will continue to support with my future purchases.

This diffuser is so easy to use, and is quiet. I love the changing light feature, and the amount of scent that is emitted fills a medium or medium-large size room perfectly.

Love my Pure Spa Essential Oil Diffuser!

Absolutely love my Purespa Essential Oil Diffuser!! The aroma of the oils is amazing!! And the color changing feature is so awesome!!! So easy to operate too! Will not buy another type of diffuser in the future, except this brand!!!

Many, many problems

I received this as a christmas gift, and at first loved it. However, very soon it became difficult to turn on and off and I had to tough the power button in a very specific way in order for it to work. Soon after that, if appeared to function, but didn't actually diffuse any vapor. Just made some sounds and the light on the unit stayed on. Then, soon after that, when I turned it on it started making a loud whirring almost grinding sound. I will try and return this product even though it was a gift and I am the not the original purchaser.

Great look; didn't like the sound it made

I really liked the look of this diffuser, but I couldn't stand the bubbling slurpy sound it made. I ended up returning it for this reason.
