Received my glasses yesterday after waiting patiently so excited to get these beautiful glasses only to find that when I open the box, they were completely shattered in 1 million pieces not one piece of protective lining went into the box to ensure that the glasses wouldn’t get broken when reaching out to Wayfare they only put me off to say that the company will call me back. I’ve never received a call back. Poor customer service at its highest level, extremely disappointed in both Wayfair and the company the glasses were sent from.

Disappointing. Each glass has 3 seams and most have imperfections in the glass. (My photo gives some idea, though its hard to capture on camera.) Also, they feel more like a heavy-weight plastic than glass. Im really surprised its crystal. Not what I was expecting from the description.
