I received this almost 2 weeks ago, I am still waiting on parts to put it together. It looks like someone stuck the wrong assembly pieces in the box. When I matched what they sent vs. what was pictured in hardware description, they were not the same. I contacted customer service via email and got a quick response (2 days since it was a weekend) on Monday I had sent them most of what they requested but sent additional information. A couple of days went by and I heard nothing. Emailed again and after a couple days heard nothing so then I called. They had received my emails and are going to send out most of the hardware I need but the warehouse is out of a couple of the pieces and I will need to go to my local hardware store to pick up those up. They told me they would ship out the hardware in 2-3 business days and would send me tracking info. It has been 2 days and I haven't heard anything yet. I will have this buffet for exactly 14 days this Friday and it is still laying in pieces. I will update this post once (if) I get the requested hardware.

Beautiful Sideboard

Love it. It's even better looking in person! Fits right where I wanted it to. Make sure you don't use spray furniture polish (that will dull the shiny finish). Just use a slightly damp microfiber cloth.
