Dimmer switch failed after 4 months of light use. Lamp also flickers for no apparent reason. If poorly wired, could be a fire hazard. This was a repeat purchase and the first one is still going strong after several years. After speaking with a Houzz customer support rep, they confirmed that the merchant ships these with defective light bulbs. Unfortunately, Houzz will not take responsibility for these defective light bulbs included with this lamp, which otherwise is solid lamp base, just poorly wired and/or includes defective light bulbs.
