Great purchase

Fast delivery, packed exceptionally well. Beautiful set, it is better than pictured. The teak is quality. The set is just so convenient. When not using as table, it makes a great console table to hold plants, dishware, etc.

Perfect for a small space

Our patio is small and this tucks away nicely. The quality is great, and I love that the chairs tuck right in there, taking up no additional real estate. It arrived well packed, nothing broken. The one thing I wish were added is a waterproof cover, so it can stay outside. I'm making one out of a sturdy summer tablecloth, but something more intentional would be better. All in all, I'm really pleased with this purchase.

Good for the price. One chair was a little splintered on the leg. It says the chairs are rated for 300 lbs. I doubt it. I'm wondering if they withstand an average size adult. Only time will tell. Safavieh - please stop using styrofoam in the packaging. It all clings to the wood which made unpacking a royal mess.

Good purchase for the price

No assembly required :) Arrived ahead of schedule. I have one small suggestion. Wrap the wheels in plastic bag. The weight made the styrofoam break down and it stuck to wheels.

Compact but very useable.

Compact in design, but expandable to handle 4 people for dinner, this outdoor set is a great buy! It takes little space on our patio when we're snacking by our firepit but has room for 4 to 6 people when friends are over. The wood is a little thin so you wouldn't want to sit on it. However, it is then light enough to easily move around. Then, everything folds into a compact unit that takes up little space on the patio.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and son in law's new home. They were very happy at the appearance of it. They live in North Carina and spend a lot of time outdoors. It also folds into a compact setup for easy storage.

1st of all the packaging was an incredible mess and took hours to clean up all the broken down dtyrofoam. 2nd, as I was sitting on it, I heard a noise, and it was a broken slate in the middle of the chair. It appeared to happen at the site of a knhothole. Since the slats are pretty thin, I have always decended on to the chairs very carefully, and I don't move very much while sitting.

Let’s be perfectly honest, it’s cheap for a reason. Took the extra time to teak oil seal and wood glue potential weak spots right out of the box. If you don’t use it much and take care of it, it’s a great idea. If you are going to use it heavily and not pay attention to it I would suggest spending more on a quality table. 3 stars is as high as this can possibly get, nothing wrong with it, just very low quality components that will need TLC to keep looking nice and in one piece. Make that investment and it will last you many years.

Garbage

Don't waste your money. The fold down table sides screws pulled out of the hinges, the dowels pulled out, and the wood was split in multiple places. The only thing that was in good shape was the chairs.

Cheaply/poorly made

Table/chairs cheaply made-wood split where dowel connects, I cannot return as due to being handicapped I had to cut boxes up to get items out of boxes.....

We love the look and efficient little table and chairs, probably best on indoor patio because of the wood and moisture. We plan to use outdoors under umbrella and bring into house in cold weather. Not sure how moisture/rain will affect it. Unfortunately one of the slats on the chair was cracked and hope Lowe's will help us remedy that. Just the one chair everything else was good. Cute...

Good value if on sale.

The package was damaged in shipment. We were able to fix it, kind of. I dont expect this to last long but it is a good size and does well in the elements. The chairs are small. I noticed most of my deck guests prefer to sit somewhere else. Might be better with padding.
