[Rewarded Review] Do not order if you have kids, pets or dust allergies!

Pattern is very cute but this rug sheds like crazy!! Fibers get everywhere. I thought it needed an initial vacuum to stop the shedding and get the top layer off but I was very wrong. Every time I vacuum, even on the absolute lowest suction setting, my entire vacuum container is filled with the rug fibers. Sadly very worried that this rug will not last long as I can already feel the grid and we have only had it for a month. This rug is good for looks but unfortunately will not last if placed in an area where living occurs.

[Rewarded Review] Received Wrong rug! Terrible customer service!

We were very excited to get this rug for our new home, however on getting the rug it was very clear we had received the incorrect rug. The customer service has been a miserable process with customer service continuing asking for more information to prove it is the wrong rug ( The rug is blue that we received!).The rug we ordered is now out of stock. They offered that we can return the rug ( oh yeah we have to pay for the shipping which is $99) for a refund. They refuse to help us out an any way when I suggested replacing it with a different rug. Terrible customer service. Avoid this site!

Beautiful but sheds something awful

Love the oversized rug in my living room. Unfortunately I have to vacuum daily because it sheds SO much. I can’t stand it and I am forced to return as a result. My 12x15 size weighs 85 lbs so I don’t know how I can get it back to a manageable size to fold and send back. Be careful when selecting rugs made by this designer. Nice but shedding.

I love this rug so much! I was kinda on the fence about whether it would be a little too busy in my son’s room, but it’s perfect! The color is exactly what I wanted (and as pictured) and the design is the perfect amount of playful. The room is very drafty and the rug definitely helps insulate it a bit. The quality seems really nice and feels great to walk, play, and lay on. I couldn’t be happier with it!

[Rewarded Review] Gorgeous rug but SHEDS

I love love love the look of this rug however it sheds all over! You can not sit on it without using a lint roller after. I never write bad reviews but I am extremely disappointed with this one especially since it has great reviews. Also it’s listed under dog friendly, my dog has pulled up fibers with her nails just walking on in. Not a happy customer on this one especially with this price tag.

[Rewarded Review] Looks nice but has tons of hard spots

The rug is pretty and customer service was helpful after they initially sent the wrong rug. Giving 2 stars because there are a ton of spots on this rug with a strange material that feels like the plaster from a cast. If I put water on it and then vacuum the spot, it seems to go away a little bit (not all the way gone though), but they are everywhere. I’ve never seen this on a rug before. Seems to be very poorly made.

Beautiful rug delivered perfectly packaged. I ordered 12x15, so it was very heavy but unfolded beautifully. I am sure it will flatten completely in a day or two given the weight of the rug. Thick, feels warm and fits well in my great room. Second large rug purchased from RugUSA. Highly recommend it. Color gray check is lighter than expected, which is great.

I have never been this dissappointed with such expensive rug, i loved it so much when i saw it and i loved the design and the designer and put so much money for one carpet but this rug sheds so much i cant believe, its been almost 6 months but the hair/lint whatever you call it sheds so much, even my vaccum gave up on this carpet, its keeps getting thin and thin after shedding so much, its sheds like dogs hair, i have the lint all over my living room, i have a crawling baby and her cloths are always filled with the rug's lint. First i thought its gonna go away after couple of vaccums, but its not stopping at all, and in 6 months it looks like it is so old and thin rug. I wanted to love it because i was so happy to buy it, but it dissapointed me so much. I feel like its giving me allergy with all those lints flying everywhere and on everyones cloths

I’ve had my eye on this rug for quite some time and finally bought it during the BF sale. The color is warm. The pattern helps to add some interest, while still being neutral. It’s not “plush”, to be expected, but feels good underfoot. A great purchase. I would buy from this collection again for sure.

Upon unpacking the rug there was a powder and something like sawdust everywhere. The rug is dirty. I have purchased through this site before and have been very happy but both rugs I received this time are terrible quality and were packaged poorly. Besides that, this rug has no cream. It is gold with brown lines. I don't want them in my house. There are going back.

[Rewarded Review] Lovely Rug. Sheds Unbearably.

I love the color and it's a great option between solid and a busy pattern or floral and it's thick. I was hoping this would be a big win. The downsides: my dog has snagged the rug in many spots so after 2.5 months it looks pretty beat. I knew it was a risk but didn't expect so many so soon. Mainly though, it SHEDS. I expected this with a wool rug but not to this extent for this long. Rug fibers are all over the first floor, clothes, throw pillows / blankets, the couch, kids clothing. There are so many reviews saying it doesn't shed, so perhaps I got a bad rug? I also had a small 2x3 sample and noticed no shedding, so I'm disappointed and tired of extra housekeeping. I contacted customer service about the shedding and they said most of their customers know that wool rugs might shed forever and are ok with that. I was hoping they would have a quality stance of some sort but apparently not. This kind of high pile wool rug might shed for a while, but should not shed forever.

Don’t shop at wayfair! The rug I received was defective so I returned it to Wayfair and 30 days after they received at the warehouse, I have still not received a refund. I’ve called wayfair several times and they keep promising that the finance team will email me in 24-48 hours but no one ever does. They also said that the resolution team is supposed to reach out too but nothing. There is no one that can help so I guess they get to keep a $500 rug and my money too. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m putting it in this review to see if I can get anyone’s attention so that I can get my refund already. I’ll never shop here again

Bought this rug after reading reviews that it doesn’t shed and watching the promo video about how it’s great in high traffic areas. That is not the case, this rug sheds like crazy.
