The seat has sagged from regular use. Do not recommend this.

We purchased the set - couch, loveseat and recliner chair. We love the look of this furniture and it’s even more comfortable than we remembered from when we tried it out in the show room. We are extremely pleased with this purchase.

Went to some other furniture warehouses and they don’t compare to American Furniture. Customer service is great and the quality/value of the furniture was hard to beat. Definitely check out the store. Don’t be in a rush because there is a lot to choose from.

Works as expected

Very happy and one week earlier

I put the order (couches) on the last week of June and the delivery date would be 07/22/24 but I got a call from the carrier company on 07/12/24 saying that they would drop off on 07/15/24 and they did! They were polite and my furniture was just perfect.

Not impressed

This is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever set in. There is no lumbar support so you slide down to a footrest unreasonably short, and I'm a short woman. I feel like I'm slouched in a high school chair. It's going to cost me some, but so grateful NFM will facilitate an exchange.

From the Salesman to the delivery crew to the customer service team it was nothing but professional and courteous service! We had to return one of the couches due to it not fitting where we wanted it to! There was no hassle in exchanging it for a recliner chair. All around was an excellent experience. Definitely would recommend AFW!
