Squeaks Terribly

I have had the sofa for less than 30 days, it began squeaking terribly after 2 weeks. I called to have it replaced, fixed or returned. Furniture ordered through JcPenny has no warranty. Damage has to be reported within 48 hours of delivery, so if you notice an issue out of that they refuse to take responsibility. They want to charge me a $90 pickup fee and 20% restocking fee. You have more protection through a furniture dealer, do not buy furniture through JCPenny!

Softest material, perfect sofa

I absolutely love this sofa! It’s the perfect mix of comfy and firm. The style is very up to date and looks very expensive. The material is sooo soft, and the legs and base are a beautiful brown stain color. I bought both the sofa and loveseat and absolutely love them! If you lean against the arms, you can feel the hard wood underneath but I have a throw pillow there anyway. 100/10!

Great find

Couch is large, but not too large, comfy, and has great down pillows. Great deal for the price. My wife and I can both lay together on this, so that is nice as well. Would recommend.

Nice addition to my basement

I purchased the sofa and oversized chairs without even trying them out. They are deep seated for a tall person. The chair is definitely bigger than what I thought. I like that the back cream cushions can be moved and flipped if necessary and they aren't sewed to the couch. The pillows that came with it are greyish bluish with cream incorporated. They are very large and have a zipper so you can remove the pillow. I bought some rit polyester dye to make my own color. I don't care for the 2 different colors of accent pillows on the couch (1 color accent pillow for the chair) so I'm dying the pillow covers. Very nice quality pillows just not a good color to match my downstairs living room. Maybe the accent pillows shouldn't be included for that reason. It would reduce the cost a little bit. The bottom wood look trim, maybe some adjustments need made to that. It doesn't position perfectly due to the material it rests on. Overall, these definitely brightened my basement up. I am happy with them.

Parkland sofa beauty

Recently purchased this beautiful, cozy sofa. Wanted something plush and big enough to stretch out on after a long day at work. Its deep set cushions provide the perfect lounge to relax on. Love it! Delivery men were friendly too. Thanks AFW.

The first couch that was delivered felt like a display model with cushions already too soft and used but they delivered a new one and all is well!

I received my sofa on 12/11/23. I love this sofa. It is very stylish and super comfortable. While the left arm needs more filling it was not a deal breaker for me to return it! Maybe Ashley can send someone to fix it!
