After going through the pre-use process, i turned down the temperature and the unit shut off.

Happy, not even close, the unit would get red hot flaming up. Bad temp / feed control. Contacted ASMOKE and they verified the SN was fake...not ASMOKE product. They would not warranty or sale me parts. I contacted Home Depot and requested a return. Obviously not happy with HD or ASMOKE.

The grill would not maintain temperature on the first and only smoke. I contacted ASmoke for solutions. None worked. They asked me for a receipt and the serial number. I was informed that Home Depot is not an "authorized vendor" for ASmoke, that they couldn't be sure the grill was not a "knockoff" and thus they would not honor their warranty or provide any replacement parts covered under the warranty. I would advise not to patronize this unscrupulous company and their poor product.

One Worked, the Other Has Never Worked- I Bought 2

I bought two of these identical units in Dec of '23 as gifts. I had the unique experience of cooking the same exact steaks, twice, at the same time, same day, same cook, same locations, even with the same recipes. One of these units worked and the other has never worked. Since we purchased these in December, we were unable to start cooking on these until after the return period for Home Depot. Beware!

The grill never seasoned properly and each time used to burn in or cook it overheated with an error message.

Junk and bad Customer Support

Bought this grill to go to pellet instead of gas. Put it together and plugged in. Followed startup as the directions said. Well put on smoke setting for lowest heat and temp kept climbing. Got to 600 before it shut down. Everything is burned on the inside, hopper caught fire, almost burned my deck down trying to extinguish. Tried to call customer support and the number cannot be connected as dialed, found another number, was disconnected 15 times with no answer.

The grill cover you suggested was the wrong size .

Auger not feeding pellets like it should, going to try different pellets.

It works fine but the overall cooking space is very small as it takes the top rack into count.

LOVE this smoker/grill! was relatively easy to assemble, and the results so far have been amazing!!
