we ordered this vanity and the countertop came back cracked. I have called and submitted multiple complains and they say they will research and never reach back out. I will never buy from Houzz

The vanity was beautiful, it was packed well in a large crate, and thus there were no damages. The item is high quality and makes our bathroom look like a high-end hotel bathroom. The only negative was the shipping time. It took longer than expected, we had to delay our bathroom renovation awaiting this peice. Worth the wait.
