I’m changing my review but it’s based more on the horrible customer service. The couches are beautiful, but one end of one started leaning to one side and making a loud bang when closing the recliner. It was 3 weeks after we got it, so I contacted customer service and was offered 500 to keep it as is, even though it was a brand new 2600 couch. Then they offered someone to come to replace the cushion and I explained it wasn’t the cushion, it’s internal, and I told them I wanted a replacement. I was told it would be shipped, but it would take just as long to get it as it took the first time. A month later when I had no updates, I contacted customer service again and was told it got “lost in transit,” and a new one would be shipped on March 15. It’s now March 27, so I contacted them again and was told they can’t see where a replacement was EVER ordered, so I sent them the screen shots from the conversations, and was told to hang one a few minutes while she looked into it. That was 9 hours again and they’re now closed. I have a cart full of things ready to check out and had planned to order 2 more couches for my other living room, but I don’t like being lied to, especially by 3 different people. Update 4-3-24 I’m now told that it was still never ordered and that now they won’t replace it because it is outside of the 30 days, even though they are able to see the dates on the messages on their end as well. I will never order from here again, and I had over $1,000 sitting in my cart waiting to purchase once this was resolved.

We've just received the sofa and we love the color and the size. It's a little firm but I'd say that's the way it should be at first.

If there was a negative star review I would have given this shady furniture a negative 100. Strongly suggest against buying this sofa. It’s very firm and uncomfortable. The leather is terrible. Perhaps the worst I ever have owned. First day my dog jumped on the couch put a cut in the outer layer. I have had a lazy boy sectional for 7 years. Dogs have run all over it. Played on it jumped on it…… still not 1 tear in 7 years. This product is awful. Should have known. You get what you pay for. Last purchase I make on wayfair for sure.

I have never loved a sofa this much. It is Heaven!!! Gorgeous, perfect color, I am in love!

I like everything about the sofa, the two things I would like to change is the back be just a bit higher and the springs that return the seat to its upright position are way too tight.

NOT REAL LEATHER from Georgia, USA, like I thought; from the writing on the box it was shipped from CHINA, with a few stops along the way I AM SURE to try to disguise that. But, on the left side, when you recline it, the bottom part will not go back in
