Surface is rough
This rug looks nice and the colors are not faded or very light. Unfortunately, it does not feel soft like I expected wool to be. This feels more like a jute rug. The surface is hard and rough. Would not be comfortable to sit/lay on or for children to play on.
Would be great for a kids play room but found it too much for a living room. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. If you have the membership then exchanges can be easy too.

Love it! Though the background is more taupe than appears in photos...rug still perked up the room nicely. Came so well wrapped that the overnight rain didn't seep in at all as I was away when delivered.

Beautiful Rug
So happy with this purchase! In the past, I have always purchased Pottery Barn rugs because I prefer a wool rug; this rug is wool and absolutely beautiful. Matches my greige scheme, has a great feel under foot, and is a great pattern; all for about 1/3 the price of PB. Love it!
