The product is as described. The assembly instructions are inadequate. I had to increase the size of the pilot holes for the screws used to connect the parts. It comes with 8”slides for ground installation. I felt this was not strong enough support. I bought 4 pieces of 3/8” rebar and put this up the 4 bottom tubes. This allowed @15” to be buried into the ground. Very solid now.

Lovely arch. However, this product was not easy to assemble. We have to use a separate battery powered tool to drill the screws. Also, the packaging was very poor. Product came scratched all over.

Find a gorilla to assemble.

Serves the purpose well, but assembly is (literally) painful: the screws do not fit the holes. Too big, requiring a lot of force and pressure to screw in all the way. Also: the arbor isn't *really* 95-ft tall. ;-)

Missing pieces

One of the base legs was missing from the box. Also, the prices did not fit together easily. I’ve tried to contact for a replacement part, with no luck.

Do not waste your money

The screws throughout the entire arch do not fit nor screw all the way in. We ended up using a drill, which still did not help, and the screws hang half way out so its not sturdy whatsoever. I would definitely not recommend this product and am disappointed in HomeDepot for selling such junk.

It is exactly as pictured, a light weight, metal arbor which needs a simple screwdriver to assemble.
