they were damaged and I want to replace them is a can be done because the plants they were dead when they when I received it but I want I don't want a refund but I want to get the plants

These plants are gorgeous and thriving! I had concerns about ordering plants to be shipped but they arrived well and healthy. Everything was packed perfectly to ensure a safe trip.

Plants arrived on time and in perfect shape. Very well packed for their trip. Got these in early September and I already have a bloom getting ready to pop on my Flame Violet.

I ordered these plants in September. They came in perfect condition. Great variety, color and healthy. For the price and quality, I would order again.

Nice healthy plants. Ordered the 12 pack and of the 12 I received 11 different varieties and only 1 duplicate, all of which were actually larger than expected.

Each tiny pot was individually rubber-banded and wrapped in plastic, and fitted into a single-level tray. The plants were just moist enough to slide easily out of the pots, and put into larger pots for growuing. Each plant was different from the others, and one was even already blooming. It is very difficult to find this variety of healthy low-light indoor plants in stores, home centers, or even nurseries. Highly recommend.

Great variety and size for the price. Unfortunately I have had 4 die almost immediately although they looked very healthy and full. Upon inspection 3 of the 4 had rubber bands around the base and 1 had a large amount of snails. 1 is hanginging on for dear life as I try to propagate it, so I won't count it as dead YET. There were no instructions on how to care for any of them and I cant find the card to contact seller about these issues.

HAD A FEW DEAD OR DYING ONES TRY TO GIVE MOUTH TO MOUTH TO SAVE THEM ALL PACKAGED GOOD HAD ABOUT A MONTH AND ARE GROWING WELL SO FAR . REALL GOING TO LOOK NICE QHEN THEY REALLY GROW MORE. THIS IS MY SECOND SET OF PLANTS LOST 3 OUT OF FIRST BUNCH ONLY TWO THIS TIME IN INTENSIVE CARE UNIT

The plants were almost dead when they arrived and they already needed to be transplanted , there wasn't any paperwork showing what each plant was and no instructions on how to care for them .

I received them they were 2 plants that were super dry.Now I’m trying to bring them back.

They’re a perfect size

This is my first time ordering live plants and I had a feeling some were going to arrive wilted but they were delivered in perfect condition! I’ll be transferring them to 4 inch pots and using them as baptism party favors for my son.

Disappointing

Was super excited about the selection of plants advertised but when I received the order, it turns out I had the same 3 plants repeated to fulfill the 12 plant order. You would think that with 16 different plants displayed, you’d at least get 12/16 displayed. 1 of them were repeated 3 times. Everything arrived healthy as of right now, just wish we had more variety in a variety pack order….
