~ FUN ~ Assemble this bank of drawers!

I am dissappointed that I didn't video my assembly of the unit. It is pretty intimidating to spread out all the pieces and figure out how to get started. The instructions march you right through the process. They use excellent hardware with no shortage of cam locks. I had a broken knob and Prepac already mailed me a replacement. I reccomend Prepac to anyone wanting to assemble their own furniture. I am grateful for Walmart finding these folks! Although they claim "someone" can assemble this unit in 1 to 2 hours, it certainly wasn't me. I probably took 6 hours. (it takes 40 minutes to get it out of the box and stackking up the parts, yet more time to count and make sure you have everything before you start.) I don't believe anyone can assemble this unit in 1 - 2 hours, take your time and enjoy the process, the results are excellent!

Decent for the price

You get what you pay for and I have to say this is a decent tall dresser for about $200.

Difficult to put together.

I’m a pretty handy guy. I do occasionally make mistakes but usually I’m pretty solid.

Nice looking and about what i expected from furniture in this price range. The assembly instructions are not great and there are two sizes of cam locks used. They are so close in size I used the smaller ones at incorrect times. Then during the final steps only the smaller ones would fit. I had to disassemble much of the chest to locate and remove the smaller ones to be able to finish. The difference in size can barely be seen holding one of each in your hand. Just know that if the cam nut goes in a little loose it is not in the correct hole.

Pretty good wardrobe for price - areas to improve

super heavy ...I put most of it together myself but it takes 2 people to actually get the frame completed. The drawers appear to have pine on the sides but it is disappointing to see that the drawer bottoms are a heavy "cardboard" and the top of the wardrobe is pressboard....if that was pine as well it would have been nicer and sturdier. Also, I find that the space between the drawers ends up different. Drawer fronts are not flush to each other so you can see gaps in between. Can't fix that as you have to follow the holes that are predrilled. That said instructions were very clear and easy to follow

this was not delivered to my address and neither UPS or Lowes would credit me or have one sent to the correct address. I got stuck paying for this drawer and the delivery.

Great product, great instructions, easy assembly.

Crazy online purchase hassle. Four stars for the product, less one star for the crazy shipping delays (3 days, while it sat 40 minutes away) and Walmart's 10 days of financial craziness while I tried to place the order. Good thing I saved $60.00 on the purchase compared to the price from a competitor; otherwise I would have cancelled the order. Worst online purchase hassle ever. Product is great. Walmart not so much.

I did it all by myself. Easy as pie. Surprised that it is so solid. Delivery was set outside. Don't know if the rain would have hurt it.

Once the smell fades….im sure they will be amazing. They Are super nice looking and a decent size. The only issue is the smell of them. Not sure if it’s the material or the glue used in the manufacturing? But once it fades (hopefully it does) then they will be good!

Not the best quality but very very beautiful!

I would recommend this dresser, especially white. It's very beautiful. I used white organisers inside and it's perfect. The white paint easily scratches off so be careful.

As long as u follow the instructions, it’s pretty easy to assemble %26 i like how simple it looks. It matches the clean aesthetic vibe in my room.

Just what I was looking for

This dress is good quality for the price. It looks nice and the drawers slide easily on the tracks and stay in place. A lot of reviews say the drawers don’t stay in or fit on the tracks, but that hasn’t been my experience at all except for when I put one of drawers in and missed the track on o e side. It’s exactly what I was looking for and I just ordered a second one for another bedroom.
