Total waste of money

Atomic Tables are manufactured by Escalade Sports. I contacted them to get a new table shipped to me, since it broke 2 days after I set it up. They said they don't have any way of shipping a new part and the piece that broke isn't covered under warranty. We have now had the board for 9 days and its basically unusable. Luckily Dicks is going to accept a return but I have to take if apart and drive back to the store.

Do not depend on the product arriving undamaged.

The delivery driver would not take off the truck because the box had been hit looks like with fork truck and was absolutely destroyed. this air hockey table was to be a Christmas present. now Santa is in big trouble.

Shipped next day, and we received it the following day. Easy to put together according to instructions. No issues with quality. Our production team loves it in the employee break room!

7' Atomic Air Hockey Table

I bought the table, took about 2 weeks to come. Paid for delivery and room of choice placement. Moving company guys you hire wouldn't put it in basement for me even though I told the man I paid for room of choice placement. They set it in my kitchen against my cupboards. It sat there for about two weeks until different guys moved it to my basement and the set up guys were able to come to my house. Table is very poor quality, played once and a piece of table top scraped off! Now I have to deal with warranty people! I had a good quality table some years back from All American Recreation that had a solid table top. Buying online is putting these companies out of business or I would have bought it there. This one looks like pressed cardboard with a thin sheet of plastic on it. Very disgusted. You should explain the material of your products. I wish I could have seen it in person; I wouldn't have purchased it.

Damaged

The table came damaged. I contacted the seller and I was supposed to receive an agreement and receive a return label by mail. I haven't received the agreement. It is supposed to be picked up on 2/26/2018 but I have no return label.

Yes I would buy this product again

The table was reordered and arrived on the day it was suppose to. The delivery men brought it inside( it was snowing) & we hadn't ordred that, this time. They were courteous & efficient. The table was easy to assemble- as stated in the instructions! It is solid & works well.

Back side breaking

After only two weeks, unfortunately the back side next to the goal is peeling away / breaking due to the puck hitting that area more often and harder impact then the sides.

Disappointing

This table was easy to put together, but the directions did leave out a few steps. It does take 2 people to flip the table over, and to move. The disappointment came in in the actual table, as it has many dead spots on it, and my younger kids can't even get the puck across without sticking, and the table is big enough they can't reach to get it unstuck, making it an adult required game. I have vacuumed the air holes, stuck a pin in the holes to see if clogged, and wiped the table service, no change in performance. Extremely disappointing and wouldn't purchase.

The Real Deal!

Perfect home air hockey table; we all love it! Easy setup; very heavy box and definitely not a one-person moving job to get it into place. I could not be happier with this purchase!

I'm pretty impressed with this air hockey table that I got from the webstaurantstore but it has a few small issues the goals that hold the park at the bottom or junk and broke off the puck is really small and not heavy enough so it goes flying off a lot and air flow seems a little low but other than that it's a very strong stable machine and I'm impressed

Table arrived with one of the corner bracings broken. Bracing was only about 6" long and does not seem to interfere with game play. There are about four dead spots on table so puck stops if game play is slow and puck is slowly gliding across table. Table was easy to assemble. There were reviews stating that table became marked up quickly; there is a simple reason. If you don't keep the striker(paddle) flat on the surface of the table then the black striker will mark up the table. I played for over an hour and did not get one mark on the table. My daughter played and there are now four or five marks on the table. Overall good table.
