Read this and you'll be fine!
When assembling things like this you need to adapt and build it better. Always use a good amount of wood glue with each dowel and along the entire length of every joint. That glue is the key to holding it together better. Never trust an engineer and a factory to pump out quality first. If there are bolts, use loctite 243 at minimum. (Read the directions on that too) As for drawers sticking, the slides are adjustable, adjust them... My furniture is stout and sturdy. My only concern now is the finish of it.
Good chest but drawers need work. Cheap materials that don't hold much.
Cheap, disappointing for the cost
My husband has put together a LOT of furniture from Target. This is one of the worst. The face of the top drawer was scuffed on arrival. The holes are not lined up to assemble (if there are holes - be sure you have a drill). The overall design and weight of the individual pieces is acceptable, but the bottom of each drawer is about the thickness of a few pieces of paper. PAPER. The bottom of one of the drawers is warped so much it won't go in at all. I don't know if we will be able to keep it but buyer beware.
