Lovely rug

This is such a lovely, well made rug. Looks like it was way more expensive than it actually was. Has held up not three dogs, three cats and four humans!

Even more beautiful in person

I was very pleasantly surprised on receiving this rug. I bought the runner. Looks much more expensive than what I paid for it and the colors were true to what I saw on my monitor. The weave is what surprised me— this rug is very well made. Very happy with it.

Very nice quality but the color is lighter in person - more of a cream/gold effect. I knew this prior to ordering based on other reviews and pictures and knew what to expect. I love the rug and ordered 5 in total in various sizes!

Sheds terrible

This rug sheds terribly.. Its I've owned it for a year and it has shed non stop. Our socks are covered in lint and it fills the sweeper full. I and it was worn and tired looking with in the first 6 months.

Beautiful rug, not the same color as the listing

Five stars because it's a great rug, nice and thick. But as other reviewers noted, the color in the picture is not the color of the rug. Also, the listing says "Madaline" but the tag says "Victoria", so something is up. I love the actual color better than the listing; it works great in my sage green room with wood floors. It worked out for me, but be warned!

This rug does not look like the picture

The picture of this rug online looks nothing like what I received. The pattern is different as well. The colors are much richer in the picture. The rug I received has far more cream color than the rug pictured. I would return it but it would cost a fortune so I will have to live with it. This is the first rug I have purchased from Overstock that has been disappointing.

Beautirul

This rug is gorgeous! Really soft and thick underfoot. As other reviewers noted, the colors are lighter than shown online. The border is simply a frame and does not bow in on each side. I think you could make this rug work with many palettes. There is a bit or orange, but there is also yellow. Gold and yellow are prominent colors in my adjacent spaces, so the orange really goes to the background. I also have a light blue in an adjacent space that really helps the blue to pop.This rug is a winner out of the package. I'll have to see how it wears over the next few months as I expect some shedding. So far - I would buy again!

GREAT QUALITY, BUT NOT THE COLOR SHOWN....

THIS IS A GREAT QUALITY RUG. BUT....WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WASN'T THE COLOR I BOUGHT, IT WAS A LIGHTER COLOR THAN IN THE PICTURES. CLEARLY MARKED OWEN IVORY/DARK TAUPE IN THE LISTING BUT WAS IVORY AND TAN ON THE LABEL AND THE COLOR IS VERY LIGHT WITH NO BROWN IN IT AT ALL. I KEPT THE RUG BECAUSE IT IS A NICE HEAVY DURABLE RUG, BUT BEWARE, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PERFECT MATCH TO THE ONE LISTED, IT MIGHT NOT BE IT.
