I bought this a little over a year ago and it just stopped cooling. It's been blowing warm air around and we are only midway through summer. Do not buy this one for the long haul.

The only reason it gets 4 stars is because the lowest temperature it goes is 60°. Otherwise, this ac has been a life safer. Literally. My English Bulldog wouldn’t survive the heat without it.

Easy to set up, very easy to use. Not as effective as a window AC unit but I knew that. Does good job cooling down 1400 sq. ft apartment.

Didn’t arrived at the date it said it will took to long to get here

Creates more exhausting heat then it does cold air

Unbelievably dissatisfied! It cannot even cool off a room that is 10 x 8. The exhaust hose is extremely hot to the touch causing the residual exhausting heat to maintain in the room surrounding the unit. Subsequently interfering with the small amount of cool air produced from the unit. I’m left warm air being pushed around anywhere more then 2 feet from standing directly in front of the machine. It needs cooler air if I have it on 60 degrees.

It could definitely cool up faster for the price and size but i also feel lied to considering it says 10000 btu but the box says 8000
