great style
a perfect match to the avalon nightstands
Color not as ordered.
The dresser is a terrible washed out, fake (+ cheap), unnatural, and not as pictured, color. It is not what I ordered. It doesn’t match anything. It’s also on sale just one day after I we finally received it. We waited over 6 weeks for this dresser. I had to call them to hunt it down and they told me they had friend calling me. I had not received any calls nor an email. I am so disappointed in the quality and cost and the wait. And the inability to reach a person by phone. I’m requesting an exchange and I hope they will allow this. I paid for white glove service so they can easily remove this dresser when when they deliver a replacement piece.

We love this dresser it is a perfect size and has great details. The drawers are deep and hold everything
NOT as pictured
After waiting for this dresser for 4 months as the last piece in our bedroom, it arrived looking completely different than it did online. It is not this rich beautiful oak shade you see but rather a really washed out and cheap looking grey. There’s also a very strong smell inside the drawers. Very disappointed
Color Is Off
Great quality on this piece and it was definitely worth the wait however the color is 100% not as advertised. The stain is darker in reality, more of a grey. It still works but I was a little shocked when it arrived.
Horrible Customer Service - Don't waste your time or money on items from this company
I purchased this item in July 2021 knowing there would be a delay with pre-order delivery dates for late September. Their team provided an email confirmation and account order that doesn't work or link to my purchase. I followed up on this and they mentioned they would resolve, yet still did not update this. I followed up once again in October only for them to let me know it might be delivered in December. They have no customer service number to reach anyone and you have to wait 3-4 business days to hear a response back even with an item fully paid. Extremely frustrated with the entire process and still don't have a dresser 6 months later.
