The box arrived with no damage, stool pieces were packaged well and came with all pieces needed to assemble. Although it should be noted that assembly instructions were not exactly as shown, but with common sense and a few different steps it was fine.

I looked very hard for extra tall bar stools for our 47in high bar in our recently remodeled kitchen. They are extremely hard to find not attractive and very expensive. I order this one and it fit the bill. It’s attractive and tall enough!! Has a wide cushioned seat and matches our off white cabinets perfectly. Assembly was not hard once I figured out there was 2 different size legs... guess I should of read instructions more carefully. Haha. I ordered just one to start and will be ordering 3 additional to finish up. Overall a great find.

The barstools are an excellent product that are easy to put together if you have your own Allen wrenches. The directions are adequate. They are comfortable and appealing.My issues with the units are customer service or lack there of. To begin with they sent the wrong height size Barstools, which rather than wait for replacement used them any way at a small get together. No one seemed to mind the height so we just accepted them, but when I tried to get a small amount of touch up paint to conceal and correct a leg that shouldn’t have never passed inspection, customer service was rude at best. I fixed it myself. The product though good, hires the wrong personality people in customer service.
