Perfect meal prep tool

We love our new Avery faucet! The touchless feature is perfect when you are prepping meals, especially meat. The sleek design looks great with our new Delancey farmhouse sink. Installation was easy, too.

Nice looking, low flow problems after 2 years

Faucet is very nice looking and sleek. I started having low flow problems with it after ~2 years of it being installed. American standard customer service was very helpful in troubleshooting, but we couldnt solve the issue. They ended up sending me a refund to buy a different faucet.

Not enough water flow!

Complete remodel of kitchen. Replaced older American Standard faucet with their new Avery model. Wish I kept the old faucet. This one may look nice but the flow of water coming out of it is very poor. It is like the faucet is open less than half way. Seems to take forever to clean out the sink with it. I took the sprayer off to see if that was the problem but the water flowing out of the hose without the sprayer was as slow. It seems to be the cartridge in the side. I have considered buying another one and seeing if I can drill it out to increase the water flow. 1.5 gpm would be acceptable for the refrigerator water but not for the sink.

Flow Rate

The faucet looks great. While the flow rate was listed for this faucet, it should have been more clear how low the rate actually is for this faucet. I live in a state that has no restrictions on flow rate. The description should indicate which states require the low flow.

The sensor on the faucet never worked out of the box. American Standard insisted it was the solenoid or the AC adaptor but when they resent them that did not fix the problem. Then they wanted to replace the whole unit but I declined because I was concerned that the sensor could just stop working at anytime since it did not work out of the box and the water pressure was really terrible. I went with a new Delta faucet that I know was made in the USA and the water pressure was a thousand times better. Also t was easier to maneuver the pull down sprayer and the faucet feels more sturdy. I know it seems nice to not have to touch the faucet to turn on and off the water but with the sensors they can potentially fail. I would not recommend.

Easy to Install!

This product was a much needed update to kitchen. As a woman with zero plumbing experience, I found this faucet very easy to install by watching the installation video on americanstandard.com as well as a few general “how to” videos on YouTube!

What an awesome idea...this is a great faucet for everyone that cooks and cleans as they cook. No more having to clean the faucet and handle along with all the dishes because you had to turn the faucet on with your sticky fingers. With the Selectronic Hands-Free Technology on this faucet, you can simply wave your hand to turn the faucet on to rinse off your hands off and wave your hand to turn it off. Also great to clean the vegetables for a pot luck that you are headed out for. Want to do it manually, you can do that as well. What a great invention, love, love, love it!! Installation was easy for any DIYer out there.

A stylish solid unique faucet that everyone will love. To start this Stainless steel faucet is very graceful with a single handle flowing from the stem to one side. At the end of the curved faucet is a super convenient pull out head with a long hose with a aerator setting and a spray setting for super easy clean up. The electronic on off is super convenient and very easy to use. Great for when your hands are greasy or covered in dirt with an easy pass of your hand over the sensor the water comes on or off. Much more practical and useful than I could have ever imagined. Very solidly built with a great stainless steel body, this faucet is built for the busiest of kitchens. The unique style will blend in with many decors. And the solid construction makes this a long lasting addition to any home. Looks, feels and works great in my kitchen

Do not buy this faucet

I bought this faucet in June 2018. The motion sensor was not working all the time- sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't. Finally, it stopped working altogether. I called the showroom where I purchased the faucet and they told me I had to call American Standard, which I did. The Rep at American Standard said I needed a replacement part for the motion sensor. The sensor was free, however they would not install it. Fortunately, my husband is handy and was able to install the piece. Here we are two weeks into the new piece and it is doing the same thing - not working all the time. I would not recommend this faucet. The purchase price was considerably more expensive than others without the motion sensor. Don't pay the extra money for something that doesn't work.

Stylish faucet with some pluses and minuses

This faucet installed easily, looks great, stays clean but if it needs cleaning, wipes down and looks great again with minimal fuss. Spray is great and flow rate is adequate. Price was very good. Automatic activation is convenient and can be shut off. Downsides: right after installation water coming out of facet smelled and tasted terrible--chemical-like. It took a couple months, but now no bad taste or smell. Second issue: the no-touch activation is convenient and works great for me, but for some reason, when my wife is in the kitchen, it activates without her being near it. Minor issue is that you need to consciously make sure the pull down tab on the spray end lines up and goes back into the notch of the fixed portion of the faucet. Not a biggie.

Quality built. I wish the fine spray function could stay on without holding button. Also I wish I knew about the weight on the hose for spray head before installation. I could have plumbed the valves different. Now the weight hits the valve.
