The product, once installed is good. However, installing the mount is not as straightforward as it seems. Made sure the mount base was straight and level on the wall only to find that the monitor was not level once attached to the mount. The bracket at the end of the extension arm is not square with the arm and mount base. You have to angle the mount base on the wall in order to make the monitor sit level once installed to the bracket at the end of the extension arm.
