To big and gaudy, the foot had splashes of gold on it from the gold base.

It’s bigger than I thought, but looks fantastic.

I bought this piece as well as the similar ones in this set and I’m very happy with all three pieces. They’re a heavy, substantial weight and yes, they aren’t cleanly finished as someone pointed out, but that doesn’t detract from their uniqueness imo. If that might bother you then definitely view them more closely before ordering. I love them and they look amazing together

Poor craftsmanship on this, especially considering the price. it’s a gift and I’m honestly a little embarrassed to give it to the person I ordered it for even though that is what they wanted… fingers crossed it’s returnable after Christmas if they don’t appreciate the craftsmanship either…

The wings were a bit flimsy and tarnished looking. Not as I saw in the photo but it was heavy and pretty. I ended up returning it because of the wings.
