It’s deer season!!! We always freeze our venison in Avid Armor bags to retain freshness and to avoid freezer burn. SO MUCH BETTER and easier than using the ole’ plastic coated freezer paper! We use all different size bags for various cuts.

These quart bags are my favorite size that I use with my FoodSaver vacuum sealer. I seal steaks, chicken, pork steaks, you name it. I've been buying these bags since I bought my sealer in 2021 and I'll continue to buy them here. Great bags! Great value!

I have a chamber vacuum

I have a chamber vacuum seal machine. I ordered the wrong bags (textured regular vac seal bags). I was provided a return label and my account was credited minis $7.00 for postage.

Once I viewed the video on adjusting the vacuum for different bags, it has been great using it to seal my mylar bags of freezed dried items. Just wish I had gotten the avocado thing and extra bag to practice with mine.

Great Quality

My order arrived earlier than

My order arrived earlier than expected which was perfect as we were processing. the size assortment was great. No wasting a bag because too big for what I was vacuum sealing. I thought the smallest size would be too small but it was perfect for individual portions

If you have the sealer you need the bags

The sealer we purchased from Avid Armor is the best we have ever had! Your bags for the sealer are the great. We keep a good supply at all times. Groceries are so expensive these days when we can buy on sale in larger quantities and repackage it helps.

Works great everything as I expected, better because it’s in bulk! This is my 3rd year of processing smoked fish, and storing fish filets no disappointments, no freezer burn either.product stays as fresh as it was when I put it in the bag. smoked fish stays fresh in the fridge for a year or longer. Don’t buy

Every bag pops. It doesn’t matter the setting. In the lowest settings these bags POP. Very disappointed.

We have used theese bags

We have used theese bags for years and are pleased with them. The new packaging is less convenient to use and the bags curl in the corners, less easy to use than in the past.

We just processed 5 steers with an average HCW of 630 pounds. We have use 1200 of the 8”x12” bags and had almost no defective bags. They preformed as they should have. I just ordered 2400 more, buy with confidence.

My daughter always wanted one. So as a housewarming gift I sent her one. I'm in Montana and she's in South Carolina. She's a busy momma right now so hasn't been able to try it yet. 4 girl's, 6,4,2 and 3 mom. But it will be great for her family.

I bought quart bags and absolutely love them. The cost is more reasonable than many others on the market. In fact, I have been buying bags from Avid Armor for years. They do the job and since I began buying them (probably a total of thousands), have only had no more than half a dozen have sealing problems. When I used to buy the other "name brand", there were many more bags that had problems.I give this company and their product a thumbs up.

Very good quality bags. Thick, strong. Clear bags allow ability to identify contents. Whether it is a precut bag or a roll that I cut to size, it is made of quality material. I can use a felt tip marker to write contents and date sealed. Fast shipping, accurate tracking info.

What's not to love? Economical

What's not to love? Economical and absolutely a life saver. I cook for myself so it's budget and health friendly. I can freeze so much more using these well made bags.

Avid armor quart and pint bags

I am very happy with both the quart and pint sized bags! I freeze alot of venison each season and I know the meat will be perfect! Great for making meals to send to camp, to boil, during hunting season. Food tastes like I just made it!

Do you use a lot of the same sized bags?

These bags have come in handy as a lot of my usage have required the same sized bag. That is a lot of cutting and sealing one end that just is not being done any more. The bulk roll material is still used to hold the odd items that are too large for one of these bags. You might consider getting some of each.
